10 minutes walk from La Spezia railway station and 10 minutes walk to the port area this place in the centre of everything. Right on your doorstep are the pedestrian strips of restaurants and bars. The manageress very kindly allowed me to check into my room itself at 11:15am, unheard of. The place is on the third floor of. typical residential block. There is a lift! It is a brand spanking new reno by the looks. Door codes etc means you come and go at your leisure as the reception is only staffed in the morning. The room was super comfortable. Lovely bed linen, fridge, tea/coffee facilities. Shuttered windows means good sleep. No breakfast but it's outside your door! The whole experience was just easy and convenient. I think La Spezia itself is a gem that is overlooked due to its sparkling neighbour the Cinque Terre.

Good comms with the venue, giving instructions for entering g the property. Nice that it is secure from someone random trying to get in. Easy to find and follow the entry instructions. Nice clean room with a small balcony looking into the courtyard (rear of nearby buildings). One thing to be careful of in this room is thew step down to the balcony i.e. if going to the bathroom in the dark stay near the bed. Kettle for warm drinks and some tea, coffee available. Bed comfortable but pillows are a bit of a let down which did affect our sleep to be fair. Nice bathroom with everything working fine. Nice info from the lady at the reception desk. Local to pretty much everything in town. Would stay again if we were to re-visit.

affitta camere un pò deludente, bella l'accoglienza, le spiegazioni dettagliate, però abbiamo trovato due lunghi capelli nelle lenzuola appena messe pulite (almeno spero) e formiche in camera. Qualità prezzo non adeguata, costi troppo elevati per quello che ricevi.

Al terzo piano di una palazzina old style, in posizione centrale, con tutte le principali attrazioni della città raggiungibili a piedi. Purtroppo, non avendo parcheggio (ne convenzioni con parcheggi di zona), per chi arriva in auto, parcheggiare può rivelarsi complicato. Sufficientemente spaziosa la camera, dotata di bollitore, frigo bar, cassaforte, piccolo armadio a 2 ante. Non ci ha convinto viceversa la mancanza di un bidet, lo spazio eccessivamente ridotto dedicato al wc, la porta della camera proprio di fronte alla reception.

Nous avons réservé deux nuits dans cet hôtel d'apparence très moderne propre, et plutôt abordable. A la découverte de notre chambre très jolie, grosse surprise de trouver une chambre aussi sale ! Surfaces Table, cuisine très sale, Cheveux, poils au sols et dans les draps qui je pense, n'étaient même pas changés .... Nous avons contacté la réceptionniste pour lui dire ce qui n'allait pas par SMS (nous sommes arrivé tard), elle s'est excusé et nous a dit que c'était une faute d'inattention de la femme de ménage et que le lendemain tout serai propre. Le lendemain nous sommes revenu rien n'avait changé, draps toujours pas changés surface sale bref j'en passe. Une grosse déception, car l'hôtel a du potentiel c'est vraiment un très bel établissement, mais quand l'hygiène ne suis pas c'est vraiment pas possible.

Ho messo eccellente perché non potevo mettere di più! Simonetta è stata favolosa; disponibile, cordiale, ci ha aiutate in tutto il nostro viaggio dandoci ottimi consigli e aiutandoci anche a livello pratico! La stanza era pulita con tutto il necessario, e molto comodo anche il letto (anche cuscini in più a disposizione che non fanno male!!) In pieno centro poi, è l’ubicazione perfetta per girare tutto in comodità! Grazie ancora, sicuramente da consigliare e da provare!!
