First of all: the staff is super friendly and helpful. Location in relation to the slopes is excellent. It is within walking distance, but there is also a shuttle. Bread service is very nice. We stayed in a three bedroom apartment. Fortunately we only needed two, because the so called 'third bedroom' is the living room with a bed/sofa. So be aware if you plan to book with three children. It is a three bed appartment, not a three bedROOM. Furthermore, beds were not made up on check in. That immediately reduces your holiday feeling. Apartments must be cleaned by the tenants themselves upon departure, so that explains the state of the appartment. Vacuum cleaner was present, but of low quality. Place was cleaned, but not what you expect. There are no cleaning products available, so no idea how to clean the apartment. You are dependent on the willingness of your predecessor. Staff will do a marginal check, but does not have enough time and resources to clean it thoroughly.

Family of 8 adults, we booked an apartment & it was great, very comfortable (except maybe the beds which were a little firm for our liking but e all still slept) well equipped for cooking, thankfully I brought all cleaning requirements with me as nothing there. Washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, surface wipes etc. Well situated and the courtesy bus was fantastic especially when going to and from the slopes with all ski gear. Only downside would be just one sofa-comfortably sat 4 but another one would have been great for the other 4 to relax in the evenings. Overall loved it and well pleased, would definitely recommend.

The 6p apartments are very small (double bed of 140cm) and living room with sofa bed mentioned as bedroom. Beds aren’t made upon arrival and incomplete sheets provided. Furthermore untidy and unfriendly communication regarding check out. Location quite good. Dutch translation is misleading, according to the website we would have a 3-bedroom apartment but ended up with a sleeping coach. Would neven book again.

Stayed here for a week in January. Pro's - helpful and friendly staff on reception, ski hire place literally next door as well as a small groceries shop. Cons- complex is well out of the village centre - a pleasant walk enough but we longed for a decent local coffee shop/bar to nip to (there is a cafe (du lac) nearby but we quickly discovered that the manager/owner wasn't particularly welcoming!). Eating out at night became a problem as we didn't always want a long walk to find restaurants after a day skiing. The ski bus service stopped around 6. The 2 significant issues for us in the apartments however were, firstly, the uncomfortable beds/mattresses (compressed hard foam) and also the lack of soundproofing. We could literally hear everything in the apartments around us. Our family staying a little way down the hall from us said the same thing. Night after night. My partner ended up having 2 days off the slopes due to lack of sleep. Wouldn't come back but mainly because we prefer other ski areas.

great location, very kind and supportive staff, apartments with everything you need, close to the slopes (and free bus to get there every 15 minutes) and to ski services (rental, ecc.), small pool with hammam and possibility to order croissants and baguette for the next morning!

The service was disgusting! It was cold, they stopped the heating during the second day! It wasn’t clean at all! In the end we were suppose to clean the whole apartment, to make the beds ready for the next group and to clean the toilet too, so they can return our deposit!
