Accueil très chaleureux.....ils ne trouvaient pas ma réservation avec vos codes après recherches approfondies ils m'ont trouvé au nom de Fernandez alors que je m'appelle Dubois.... mais toujours dans la bonne humeur.... chambre et salle de bain très propre

slept in this hotel 4 times and recommended it to in laws. The reception gave them a room for disabled people. wanted to stay a few hours and not stay outside, they sold me a room for 50€ ( 5 hours. )pity for loyal customers & cheat guests in such a way

Nous avions réservé une chambre familiale. Trois lits simples en haut, un lit 160 en bas. Les toilettes sont en bas dans une pièce étroite avec un seul lavabo. Les couchages sont corrects et confortables, les petites attentions existent (bouilloire avec sticks de café, tisane ou thé, c'est apprécié. J'ai regretté l'absence de lampes de chevet discrètes pour lecture ou déplacements sans réveiller tous les hôtes. Peytit déjeuner corrrect pour le tarif demandé parking à proximité immédiate.

Bon accueil, très bien situé, parking privé payant. Les chambres sont un peu petites mais propres et confortables. Pas de mauvaise surprise. On se trouve à moins de 10 minutes du centre ville à pied. On est près de la gare. Nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner.

Hôtel bien situé très proche du centre (5-10mns à pied), et personnel disponible 24h/24h. Chambre assez grande et récente, douche moderne et agréable. Literie très confortable, très bien dormi. Très peu bruyant, parfait a ce niveau là. En revanche deux des draps un peu abîmés et/ou tâchés. Assez difficile de trouver une place de parking à proximité lorsque le parking sécurisé est plein (et payant +10€). Nous avons du trouver une place sur un parking payant extérieur. Globalement bien situé pour tout faire a pied, nous sommes assez satisfaits du service.

B&B hôtel La Rochelle centre (boulevard Joffre) Très belle surprise! Réceptionnistes au top, nous avons appelé le matin à 10h pour dire que nous avions besoin de la chambre plutôt que 15h et il a tout mis en œuvre pour que ce soit le cas, il m’a rappelé vers 11h pour me dire que c’était bon. De plus, personnel extrêmement sympathique, professionnel, aimable, serviable, chambre très bien, très propre, lit parapluie déjà préparé, literie très bien, petit plus bouilloire, thé café mise à dispo dans la chambre. Les locaux très propres, le petit dej très bien et l’emplacement de l’hôtel très bien. Le code mise en place dans les chambre pour remplacer les cartes magnétiques que l’on perd ou oublie de rendre, très bien aussi! Je n’ai aucun point négatif à dire! Bravo et un grand merci !

Bonne situation proche centre ville, port et lieux festifs sans en supporter l’inconvénient du bruit. Bon accueil . Chambres simples, propres et bien équipées. Rapport qualité prix correct. Peu bruyant Petit déjeuner moyen mais servi assez tôt pur qui doit prendre un train matinal.

Un hôtel très bien situé à deux pas du port et du centre-ville. Chambres spacieuses, lumineuses, lit confortable, salle d’eau correcte. Propreté irréprochable Et que dire du personnel aussi bien à l’accueil, au petit déjeuner que dans les étages souriant, agréable, efficace et de très bon conseil

chambre tres propre , matelas tres bien , pas bruyant , personnel sympa et a l ecoute 24/24 , pas loin du centre ville , facile d acces , dommage que le parking soit payant , et surtout avec une difference de prix de 8 a 10 euros , boulloire , cafe et the dans la chambre est un plus
