Apartamentos Cordial Mogán Valle

This is our second visit to the Cordial Mogan Valle apartments. A rare event as I always like to go somewhere different. We needed a chilled out break after a stressful 2024 and decided to return to somewhere familiar. We upgraded the apartment to have the larger balcony and the room interior had been upgraded so even better than last time. You have a small kitchen with an electric hob, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment and a filter coffee machine. Two sun loungers, table with 4 chairs and even an outside shower on the balcony. The Marina or mountain restaurants are fantastic for lunch and an evening meal although the apartments do offer lunch and breakfast if you choose. SuperDino supermarket is just across the road. Friendly staff, particularly on reception and the cleaning team. A choice of 3 pools plus a kids splash park. 10/15 mins stroll to the beach and marina. Overall a fantastic stay. Only comment would be to make sure the quiet pool is quiet as I overheard a few people moaning that this was not monitored. Puerto Mogan is beautiful although it is now a lot busier as the Radisson has been completed. We would stay again.

We spent a bit over a week at apartmentos cordial mogan valle. All staff was amazing. We had half-board and the food was good and the waiters were very diligent. Breakfast and dinner had a great variety from healthy to hearty dishes. I even received a bottle of prosecco for my birthday with a gift voucher to the spa. What a pleasant and unexpected surprise! The units were cleaned every day and the pools were amazing. There is a quiet pool for adults and several other for kids and adults. Dino supermarket is about 2 min walk away and you can get basically anything from there. Our daily visit was getting the freshly squeezed orange juice from the machine. What a treat !! The hotel is about 15 min walk from the beach and town centre . I saw some negative comments but people have to keep in mind that this is not a 5* luxury hotel. If that's the expectation, you need to look somewhere else. We can hardly wait to go back !! Thanks for the amazing experience.

Our tenth visit and Cordial Apartments in Mogan Valle has remained our holiday star attraction for at least eight years and we're just about to book again for the Autumn of 2025. The welcome from the brilliant reception staff is just fantastic. So as usual off to a great start. We chose a one bedroom apartment and paid a bit extra for a large balcony and air conditioning. The interiors are similar. Separate bedroom, lounge and a kitchen including cooker, fridge and microwave plus all the pots and pan and cutlery you need. The lounge and bedroom each have a TV and surprisingly there are a broad selection of British channels including Channel 4, ITV and BBC. The lounge has a sofa bed. There's a separate bathroom with stands in shower. There's plenty of cupboard space and you can easily slide your empty cases under the beds. The hotel offers four pool areas including a quiet pool for adults and one big lively area for children. Each morning the animation team encourage guests to get fit and exercise to dance music and follow the up with refreshments in the pool bar. We normally eat out most evenings but there are good options here. There is a very tasty self service buffet restaurant which has a great choice of meats, fish and veggie alternatives adorned with an excellent array of salads, vegetables and to finish with cakes and desserts and perhaps a glass or two of cine. The hotel offers a special deal for guests at the buffet that if you book four visits you get a decent price reduction. During our two week stay we occasionally made a our meals in the apartment. There's a well stoked supermarket around two hundred metres away. The apartments are kept spotless and the cleaning staff are friendly and helpful. We were fortunate to be looked after Adrienna who was charming. Any problems (and we had none) were solved by the reception team lead by Marcos. It was such a delightful stay yet again at Cordiale Valles we will be back later this year for the 11th visit. It was love at first site at the Cordiale Apartments and the love affair continues.

We have stayed at this location numerous times over the last few years. We love the living space provided by the apartments and the large balconies but the apartments are in need of some TLC. Pool towels are available for deposit (cash) and you can change for 2euro per towel. Rooms are cleaned well and fresh towels are provided. We only stayed bed & breakfast. Restaurant is ok, again could do with some TLC. Pool areas are clean with loads of sunbeds available. The hotel can be a bit confusing to navigate to your room as split over several floors and blocks. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Supermarket opposite the hotel plus a couple of bars, restaurants and shops in a complex. A stroll down the road gets you into Mogan itself where you will find a lovely beach with shallow sea waters, water sports and loads of bars cafes and restaurants.

Just returned from a disappointing family holiday to the Cordial Apartments. I'll start with the positive things: * The gym is very good by hotel standards, plenty of space, and a good variety of machines. * There is a splash area for the younger kids, which is totally separate from the other pools, meaning the none swimmers can play without the risk of them falling into a pool. The splash area is very large and was never too busy during our stay. * If you have a late returning flight, leaving you without your room, there is a courtesy area with sofas and showers where you can freshen up before you leave. * The apartments, bathrooms, and balconies are large. The negative things: * The complex is built onto the side of a valley. The way it is built means that you can not get a single lift from the bottom to top. If you have a room on an upper floor (we were floor 7), you may have to take up to 3/4 lifts if you are taking cases or heavier shopping items to your room. If you are staying here, it may be worth requesting a room on a lower floor. * There are loads of cockroaches about. * Our room had a noisy ceiling fan, a faulty sliding door that would not lock, and very poor hot water pressure. The fan was fixed quickly, and the door was not fixed despite reporting the issue. * The cleaning could be more thorough, our wardrobe contained someone else's dirty vest on a shelf!

I want to share my honest review about Cordial Mogan Valle. We stayed for 17 days at the apartments and it was not really how we expected. •Elevators were broken down. •Forgot 2 mondays on cleaning it. •Toilet needed to be fixed. •sometimes, after cleaning.. they forgot to put trash bags or even forgot to put new towels. •The hallways were not so hygenic (cockroaches) •People just let there towels on the sun lounger until morning so that they can still occupy the place and I find it not fair for the other people. •We paid for halfboard (Breakfast and Dinner) but drinks were not included. Before checking out, they'll ask for the drinks payments. This is not right/honest. They should include the drinks so that later we wont be shocked as hell. The staffs were friendly but the apartments needs a complete renovations and drinks should be included on the paid meals/dinner. The reason we paid for the meals/half board is we thought drinks were already included. We were also at Cordial Taurito last year and nothing to regret about it. Its clean and new. The only thing that they needed to change is the Drinks have to be included on the paid half board /meals. That would be fair for everyone and not shocking before checking out. Won't be coming back again.
