if you are looking for a peaceful escape where you can relax and eat well in a clean room, this is the place to be. Great staff, great food, nice location and easy access to lots of trails and hikes. And of course Annaline and Bruno will make you feel at home!

This hotel has been by far our worst accommodation over a 2 weeks trip in la Reunion island. The room was small and humid with very scarce electrical plugs. The bathroom was simply not at an acceptable level from a furniture quality standpoint and basic appliances. The room was clearly not serviced during our stay. The lack of response from management to my remarks was also a proof that customer satisfaction is not the hotel priority.

Accueil agréable et pro Le lieu est dépaysant. La carte est bien fournie et diversifiée. (carry, magret, les desserts sont très bons et partent vite ) Les portions sont généreuses et les plats très bons (type brasserie) C'est vraiment un très bon basique sur la Plaine des Palmistes et très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous y sommes allés plusieurs fois.

La Plaine des Palmistes est connue pour son humidité... Malheureusement cela se ressent dans la chambre que nous avons occupée qui, bien que grande et calme, sentait une odeur très désagréable. Les chambres ont besoin d'un coup de neuf. En revanche, le restaurant pour le dîner a été une belle surprise. Il serait dommage de ne pas s'y arrêter car nous y avons passé un bon moment entre amis, le tout est de profiter des très beaux extérieurs et non de sa chambre !

Très court séjours mais accueil chaleureux ambiance conviviale personnel a l écoute réceptif à la demande . Le serveur courtois et dynamique convivial . Le client est vraiment roi . Tout réunis pour un séjour de détente convivial dans les hauts de l île .

Nous avons testé le restaurant car de passage dans la région. Ce fut très bon....mais on a bcq attendu...dressage à la minute (je pense qu'on nous avait oublié) le staff est prometteur (19 ans âgé moyen). Il faut juste qu'ils prennent un peu plus de rapidité. Le goût est là

Bel établissement , étape intéressante pour explorer les forêts primaires et le flanc du volcan. Chambres confortables et excellente table. Personnel charmant et attentionné. Ambiance créole assurée avec vue sur la montagne. A recommander.

Ferme qui ne mérite pas d'étoile ! Les chambres sentent très fort l'humidité ! Ok nous sommes dans une zone humide mais quand même ! La salle de bains est catastrophique. On ne peut pas ouvrir la porte de la douche entièrement car il y a le WC... Quand on prend une douche c'est une piscine car le joint est cuit... Tout est vieillot. Quand nous avons manifesté notre mécontentement on nous a proposé une autre chambre mais personne n'est revenu vers nous... le gérant attendait même avec impatience que l'on sorte du salon de la ferme pour pouvoir fermer. Pas de lumière extérieure dans les escaliers pour retourner à la chambre. Par contre l'équipe de cuisine ainsi que le jeune homme au bar sont super sympas 👍 très déçue de cette ferme qui en fait porte bien son nom... On m'a même dit que comme nous étions en groupe les prix étaient au plus bas donc...

Super bon accueil . menu avec plats typiques de la Réunion ( Canard à la vanille -un véritable delice-entre autre ....) il y a aussi plats métropolitains, bière locale et thé artisanale locale. Assiette bien présentée bon rapport qualité prix Je vous conseille ce restaurant sans hésitation
