We rented a Signature unit (not a hotel room) for 2 nights. On arrival we saw that cleaning had been largely skipped: dirt everywhere... Not great with a small child that plays on the floors... We had ladies to do proper cleaning the next day, after complaining twice and showing photos at the counter attendant. Well, there are lots of other nice places to go, I won't return there !

We booked a cottage which is beautiful, but that's about the only good thing. no air conditionning in the bedrooms, beds and pillows are not comfortable. We didn't sleep all night because it was to hot. We thought we were getting a cottage with exterior spa, when we got to our cabin there was no spa. I went to the reception desk and ask why we didn't get a spa, the girl that was working explained that I had booked the one with no spa, not happy but it was my fault, I should have read the fine print, then another lady comes and tells me that I booked with no spa. I told her that I thought all cottages had a spa, she was very rude to me, she said it's your fault not ours, you should have called to book instead of booking online. For the price that I paid for 2 nights, over $1200, not satisfied at all. Never again will I come here or recommend this place. They need to get better employees that are not rude to their customers.

Sadly the pictures online are currently nothing like reality! The price remains the same although the facilities are not available! No pond, no outdoor heaters or seating, no outdoor dining and the swimming pool area is surrounded by construction! I wrote many times and also called and the current manager has never contacted me! Frankly this is fraud! At No point did anybody advise me of the state of the grounds prior to arriving - It’s nowhere on their website even after I advised them to inform people! The manager is apparently incompetent as the receptionist told me her manager has receive my emails but hasn’t replied! Not so good La Cache Maxime! The Spa too was sadly a disappointment! I had called weeks before to book but was told I could only book through the spa itself who never returned my call! I understand staffing shortages my be a problem - however a return call to an hotel guest should be a priority surely?!

Very nice service by Kevin in the restaurant,but we got lock out of the room and nobody on duty to help us.Be advise that there is no one a the réception to help you if something goes wrong after 9 pm and the emergency number they give you ring in the réception where again there is no one to résponde.What poor service and very unrespectfull to the client...

We didn’t even manage to book a room there… let me explain. A corporate event is being held there, 18 rooms were reserved for the event. Of the 18, only 10 were actually being used. I’ve called 5 times to try and book a room. 4 times I was on hold for over 30 minutes, never got an answer. The one time I did get an answer I was told there were no more rooms available for our event. I check back with the event organization, they tell me there are still 8 rooms. I call back, stay on hold for 20 minutes. No answer. I call back again. FINALLY, someone picks up and tells me there are no rooms available. I explain the situation and get told rather freaking rudely that there’s no rooms available anymore. I am just speechless at this point. Guys… just go somewhere else.

This was a great location and great place to stay with all the amenities on site for a family and/or couple. I would recommend this place to others as we enjoyed the venue as well as the local and nearby towns. We travel for biking and found a vast array of bike trails nearby.

Booked best suite on the property. Came complete with living room and fireplace solid wood dining table with seating for 8. Large bath with separate shower huge tub, and another bedroom with king size bed. Two patios. We had invited guests for some wine and take out seafood dinner but disappointed to find kitchen was bare of everything. No glasses cutlery, plates or glasses. Front desk no help to provide Found out later no iron or ironingboard either. A basic essential in a hotel room. Ended up canceling get together and instead ate at restaurant on site. Fabulous. Took advantage of spa on site. Fantastic. The highest priced room offering dining for 8 was biggest reason booking and found no way to serve guests was very disappointing. Stay March 24 to 25

Bel endroit, plus ou moins propre, aucun service aux chambres, entretien douteux (ne tirez pas les meubles), pas de ménage possible pendant le séjour, internet qui entre mal, donc télévision avec "pauses". Chambre pour handicapé au 3ième étage... prise là à cause d'une panne d'ascenceur, aucune aide, aucun superviseur sur place et surtout, aucun suivi d'une plainte écrite. Bref, le respect n'est pas une valeur de l'endroit.

Très déçu! Chambre pas très propre! La bouffe pas très bonne! Je dois en plus courrir après mon dépôt de 200 $ qui n'est pas remis à ce jour! Il ya 3 ans c'était super mais maintenant très décevant! Le service bien ordinaire! En espérant que tout s'améliore car c'est un super beau site, c'est vraiment dommage!

Le pire des services clients à vie! Chalet insalubre ! Et une fois que vous avez payé votre numéro de carte de crédit semble devenir le leur puisque plus de 24hrs après avoir quitté ils ont décidé de récupérer mon numéro de carte SANS AUCUNE ACCEPTATION DE MA PART NI SANS MÊME ME CONTACTER ! C'EST EN VÉRIFIANT LE RELEVÉ DE MES TRANSACTIONS QUE J'AI DÉCOUVERT LA SURPRISE !!@@

J’ai adoré l’expérience. . La chambres d’hôtel sont vraiment sur le coche dans tous les sens . Le resto était délecte. J’ai aimé d’avoir la possibilité de faire un feux . Le choix d’une piscine plus fraîche (sous la forme du plage)ou d’une piscine plus chaude ( à l’écart ) était vraiment super . Le seul point négatif est qu’il n’y a pas de spa vue que devant il y a le noah spa . J’offrirais un prix tout inclu comme dans le sud à cette endroit . Ça serais parfait pour ça avec le bar et les chaises dans l’eau qui sont offert . Machine de darts , bar et bien plus . Merci pour le super séjour en famille

On annule ma réservation pour overbooking à 22:35 la veille du séjour. Plus aucune chambre disponible. Lorsque je demande une confirmation écrite d’annulation aucune excuse à la réception. On me demande ce qu’ils peuvent faire pour moi!

N'allez surtout pas au Resto de la CACHE à MAXIME pour déjeuner (midi). Tout est mauvais à commencer par le site qui ne donne pas les bonnes informations. Réservation prise pour un déjeuner 5 personnes suivant menu qui n'existe pas le midi. Personnel qui ne connaît pas la carte dont les plats ne sont pas conformes à leur désignation et dont la saveur est quelconque. Service avec des couverts en plastique ! La carte des boissons présente des prix prohibitifs. Nous vous déconseillons TRES FORTEMENT d'aller manger à la CACHE à MAXIME .

C’est mon deuxième séjour à cet endroit. Mais cette fois nous étions dans un chalet. Le chalet est vraiment bien équipé et très propre. Nous avons bien profité du bain tourbillon extérieur. Le spa Noah est toujours un incontournable. Nous avons eu un excellent service au restaurant et la nourriture était délicieuse. Je le recommande fortement.
