The house is fully equipped with all you could need for a relaxing and fun stay with the family: POOL, HOT TUB, BBQ, FIRE PIT, GAME ROOM, and more! This La Mesa 2,700 sq. ft. home features a Main House, a separate Casita, and a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Sleeps 10 comfortably. 1. Mountain Bedroom - 1x King 2. Sunset Bedroom - 1x King 3. Palm Tree Bedroom - 1x Queen 4. Casita Bedroom - 1x Queen + Sofa-bed Centrally located, we are just a few miles away from hiking, biking, fishing, restaurants and stores. ►Less than 10 minutes drive to La Mesa Village where you can find great places to shop and dine. ►Mission Trails Regional Park Lake Murray is 2.3 miles away. ►Cowles Mountain Trailhead is 2.4 miles away. ►Balboa Park and San Diego Zoo are 12 miles away. ►Coronado Island is 18 miles away (~25 min drive), great for a family day at the beach! ►Drive 20-25 min and you will find the best beaches in CA: Pacific Beach, Mission Beach and Ocean Beach. ►Mission Bay and Sea World are ~20 min away (16mi). ►Not to mention all restaurants and attractions in Downtown San Diego just 14 miles away A pool, hot tub, BBQ, fire pit, game/movie room makes any time of year visits to San Diego perfect for inside or out. This home is professionally managed. We are a friendly team of folks who look after this beautiful property while the owners are away. We ask you to keep in mind, this is a private home which the owner retreats to. We simply ask that you respect & take care of the property as if it were your own. Let that love flow. **We are available to you for standard check in times should you require any assistance from 4pm - 6pm. We apologize if this causes any issues, but please consider this ahead of booking. Likewise, please advise us before traveling, on your estimated time of arrival so we can accommodate if possible. We're 8 minutes from La Mesa Village. The La Mesa Village is the historical center of La Mesa. Many of the surrounding buildings remain as they were in 1912 when the City of La Mesa was incorporated. La Mesa Boulevard features many one-of-a-kind retail shops, antique stores and great places to dine. La Mesa Village business owners place an emphasis on high quality products and personalized, friendly service. Within just five square blocks, you can experience a hassle free shopping experience that puts the malls to shame. Car, Uber or Lyft. You can park your car in the driveway (fits 3 cars). Street parking is also available, you can find a spot easily (make sure to check signs for any parking restrictions). ►Hot tub takes about 1.5 hours to heat up. ►Please note our pool is NOT heated. ►The pool is not very deep and is not meant for diving. Please, watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk. Never let children unattended in the pool area. ►The house is NOT child proofed in any way. ►The only camera is a Ring camera for the front door. Airconcierge .net/guest-terms as well as those denoted below.RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS Definitions: "My People". Shall include myself, my spouse, legal partner, guests, invitees, licensees, children, wards, heirs, assigns, personal representatives and estate, if any. NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable. - All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID). No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible. - Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 11am - The maximum occupancy for the property may not be exceeded at any time. - Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in. - This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter. - Maintenance/Vendors schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. While we expect the schedule days and times to be every other Tuesday or Wednesday at or around 10am for Pool/Hot Tub maintenance; every other weekend at or around 8am for Landscaping maintenance; Monthly for Pest Control maintenance - that can change without notice to us. Guests should understand that such vendors must be able to access the home as well as service the property so we request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. - Absolutely no parties or loud music. - This is a NON-SMOKING property. - This is a pet-friendly spot. If you are allergic or don't like pets, this might not be a good fit! PET POLICY: -One adult dog up to 50lbs allowed. Cats are not allowed anytime. -Dog must be house and potty trained and cannot be left alone or on furniture. -Pet fee is required and non refundable -Guest assumes full responsibility for all and any damage caused by the pet during the stay. Pet fee is not meant to cover accidents to carpets and/or furniture, nor picking up after your dog or excessive fur cleaning; pet owner will be held responsible for all and any damages. -Please do not let your dog go in the pool to avoid additional charges. -If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation canceled immediately. PET ETIQUETTE: -Control their barking - if you have a loud dog, please never leave it in the home alone. -Don’t let them treat everything like a fire hydrant (inside and outside the home). -Play is fun, but silence is golden - be respectful of the neighbors. -Keep them on leash while outside the home. -Always pick up after your dog. -Wash those paws and minimize bringing messes inside the home. This Short Term Rental Agreement is between AIR CONCIERGE INC.com software. For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows: SMOKING: A $1000 fine will be charged to Occupant if there is any evidence of smoking inside or outside of the property within a 20’ radius of the property. Fire and Fire Safety. Occupant is notified that the Property may be located in an area susceptible to fire, and as such Occupant agrees all conform with all applicable fire codes of any governmental authority, and ensure safe and reasonable use, management, and extinguishment of any fire places, bbq's, smoking (if permitted), fire pits and any other device or act involving the risk of fire. In the event Occupant discovers any fire related safety issues, Occupant shall immediately inform Manager and cease and desist immediately from undertaking, or continuing usage until inspection, remediation (if necessary) and written approval by Manager that use is permitted. Flammable substances and solids, such as gasoline, benzene, naphtha, cleaning fluids, explosives, and fireworks may not be used or stored on the Property. Lighted candles, incense, kerosene lamps, halogen lamps and tenant installed electric heaters may not be used in the Property. ALL COOKING MUST BE CONFINED TO DESIGNATED COOKING AREAS. Use of electrical appliances not provided with the Property, such as hot plates, heating coils, coffeepots, popcorn poppers, electric frying pans, toaster ovens, irons, and electric heaters are prohibited. Storage or placement of any items (including trash, bicycles, boxes, furniture, etc.) in public areas such as corridors, stairwells, or balconies is prohibited. Any and All decorations used in the Property shall be flameproof or fire resistant materials. Any additional lighting (i.e. Christmas lights) must be Management approved with proper installation and approved. No lights may be strung from any pipes or fire/safety equipment. Any violation of the above fire prevention regulations may be subject to fine and/or termination and removal of the Occupant from the Property. PETS: A$1000 fine will be charged to Occupant if there is any evidence of any pet inside the property unless Manager has given express written consent and a pet fee and pet deposit has been paid by Occupant. EVENTS, GATHERINGS, PARTIES. No events, special occasion hostings including but not limited to weddings, corporate functions, bridal parties or related events including inviting other persons not disclosed in the reservation guest count, shall be permitted on the property for any reason.
