Lamento haberme quedado en el hotel (parte glamping Refugio) ya que el fin de semana pasado primera semana de Enero, dejamos un reloj inteligente en la habitación y una vez salimos le avisamos al encargado para que lo encontrará y no lo guardara, sin embargo el reloj no aparece (aunque en la ubicación indica que el reloj se encuentra en el hotel, se le compartió al hotel), no lo recomiendo por la falta de honestidad pues todos los que queremos disfrutar de un descanso pensamos que en un sitio reconocido como este no deberían suceder este tipo de cosas. Estamos en espera de la respuesta por parte de los propietarios del hotel.

La atención fue excelente, la comida y los cócteles estuvieron deliciosos, durante el almuerzo había música en vivo. Las zonas verdes estaban muy bien cuidadas. El jacuzzi, el turco y el sauna estaban geniales y el personal estaba pendiente de que se cumplieran los tiempos de la reserva.

Un lugar maravilloso en medio de la naturaleza, rentamos una cabaña deluxe solo con chimenea la cual estaba genial! La comida espectacular. El servicio es 10/10 muy gentil todo el staff y siempre atentos a ayudar. Cosas por mejorar el Internet, importante una mejora en el wifi

Un maravilloso sitio para recrearse en familia, confortable, limpio, bien diseñado, tranquilo, con varias opciones de recreación. Excelente atención, calidad humana increíbles, atienden con prontitud las inquietudes, comida muy rica. Quedamos muy felices!!!

Compartimos un cumpleaños en este lugar, la EXPERIENCIA fue fenomenal. La atención fue increíble, de las mejores, hemos visitado varios hoteles de remarca, pero este hotel en atención se los lleva a todos. El hotel es muy bonito, tiene espacios para que uno pueda tener recuerdos inolvidables, es un hotel pensado para todas las familias, parejas, etc.

Las instalaciones excepcionales, el servicio es maravilloso, cálido y familiar, muy personalizado, todo el personal es muy amable y siempre atento a servir. Me encantó su granja, el SPA, los jacuzzis, el aviario. El sendero que ofrecen con el alojamiento es ideal para conocer la cultura de esa región. Definitivamente super recomendable!
