Hotel Màgic Ski

最爛酒店住過那麼多攜程十幾年老顧客第一次住那麼差勁的酒店。這個酒店要看準一個人房間還是兩個人。還有住酒店停酒店停車場也要26一天很坑不是免費停，停外面路邊安全的很便宜。路邊停車晚上七八點到早上九點免費算起來你起床出門用車停路邊也是那幾個小時便宜的，酒店自己停車場住客按一天算26。停車場還特別小小小。然後暖氣晚上供暖白天沒有暖氣睡着睡着早上十點冷醒白天不供暖。陽台門還透風進來呼呼。前台有一個女的服務很差歧視中國人。千萬不要住這裏避雷，這個酒店沒有開水壺我們自己超市買了一箇中國人去哪都想喝口熱水這個提醒一下大家。

A clean, friendly, well run hotel in a superb location right next to the Gondola station and ski hire shops. The rooms are comfortable and warm and cleaned and replenished daily. The food is plentiful and good quality at this price point. Vegetarian meals are individually prepared. We'll stay here again for sure!

Fabulous hotel! Hotel Magic Ski is clean, warm & comfortable, with good food, friendly staff, & the perfect location for the Pal gondola. We stayed as a family of 4 in adjoining twin rooms. Each had plenty of toiletries, with comfortable beds & bedding. The rooms were lovely & warm & cleaned daily. The half board option gave us a delicious breakfast, with plenty of hot & cold options, fruit juices & great coffee or hot chocolate. Dinner was also good, 5 or 6 meat or fish options (some cooked freshly on the grill during service), always veggies, pasta, chips, salad, & soup. So many cakes to choose from for dessert & and an ice cream station for the kids. Johanna & her team were super efficient seating guests, clearing tables & serving drinks (no drinks were included with dinner - these had to be paid for, but were reasonably priced at around 3 to 4 euros each). The best part was the location; the warm locker room in the basement had plenty of space in each locker for 2 sets of skis, boots & helmets. A set of stairs took you direct to the gondola entrance. Perfect! The fitness room was free, but it was a bit expensive at 10 euros per head to use the small pool & jacuzzi. The bar was relaxing, they had a big tv playing Champions League & Six Nations games, there was also a pool table & a magician on Wednesdays entertaining the kids with card tricks etc. It was never rowdy & always family friendly. Overall, this is a great hotel. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back & would recommend to any family going to La Massana.

currently here now. fantastic location and staff are very friendly at reception however that's about as good as it gets... very basic rooms no kettle or tea/ coffee making facilities, looks a little tired but overall the decor is ok. trying to find anything in the hotel is a maze you end up in the underground parking lot looking for ski lockers and spa facilities. was told spa facilities are on -2 which was not the case they are -1 and then down a few steps but cannot be accessed from the -2 parking lot.. if you stay at this hotel do not at all costs go to their spa facilities it costs an additional €10 per person for 1 hour the read up of it sounds amazing turkish baths, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna , no chidlren allowed relaxation... got there the lady on reception was not very friendly borderline rude she rolled her eyes at us when she asked if we had flip flops and swim cap to which the anwser was no (reception didnt tell us this on booking) so we got charged extra ti use theirs as you cannot go in without, the jacuzzi was like a Luke warm bath the jets not strong, the pool was like a paddling pool couldn't swim lengths, and it was freezing, the Turkish spa small room with plastic seating and dirty looking... and there was a young child in there spashing around in the pool...no changing rooms when we had got out the jacuzzi and asked where to get changed the women shook her head said no changing room... had to get changed into clothes wet and walk through the hotel... the food is mediocre good enough to get by but winning no awards.. their hot chocolate is incredible though I must admit! on a busy noisy road, there's 4 floors which have an open central area meaning it is very noisy with people walking through the hotel up until late. beds are not comfy 2 singles pushed together with 2single duvets. overall wouldn't stay here again

Hotel was generally adequate, rooms were clean and functional, good access to the ski lift. 2 main issues- 1. Other guests, almost every night there was late drunken shouting and singing in the open foyer that connects every level of the accommodation area. Doors slamming and people banging on other doors with shouting and singing at 2am was not pleasant! 5 out of our seven nights this occurred, when mentioned at reception they said they hadn’t heard anything and we were to phone when it happened. We could never predict when it would happen or for how long. The worst night was over 2 hrs of random interruptions of sleep. 2. The food, breakfast was generally good. The evening meal though, the best I can say is that it was calories! Depending on what time you got to the buffet you would regularly have to ask the staff to replenish the service dishes. They would happily leave a small amount of drying chicken out waiting for someone to take that last desiccated piece rather than refilling earlier. Vegetarian options were limited as it seemed to be that most of the vegetable dishes had bacon or some other meat added. Desserts were good and varied.
