We've had mixed feeling about our stay. Check-in by the manager was a bit rude and unfriendly. One breakfast staff was extremely nice, but the other one looked a bit grumpy. The room was OK, but quite a few fixtures were broken (shower head holder, TP holder). Also, toilet and shower are separate, which is a bit awkward. We were there on a Thursday, and the restaurant was closed. So we had to walk 5-10mn on the side of a busy road with almost no sidewalk to get to the nearest restaurant. And breakfast is not served until 8:30am on weekend, also not great. Apart from that, the food in the restaurant, which we got to go to on Friday was really good. Hotel rates are also very good.

The hotel has beautiful views of the Alps and is very peaceful and pretty. Everything you need nearby or with short bus ride to town. A French cuisine restaurant, a pool, sun deck, pretty garden with olive and fig trees, very clean and comfortable rooms, with amazingly friendly and hard working staff. Many thanks to Konstance, Nadaje and Sabiere, (And Monsieur Chef, your food is beautiful!) You have all, really made our trip and looked after us well. I believe people make a place and if you want an authentic French holiday, this is it. Experience Nice properly and stay here!

Great service. The host gave us some very good restaurant tips, connected us to an affordable taxi service and made sure our stay was perfect. We will be back.

100 % recommendation !! …………………………………………………………………….. it is a beautiful nice place with nice view !! a nice quit area !! very nice decorated clean rooms !! very good kitchen !! friendly helpful staff !! all was perfect !! i will book this again !!

We had a wonderful stay at Mon Soleil, primarily because the owner is such a welcoming and service minded host. She gave us advice about everything from day trips to how to get around in the neighboring villages. She even set us up with bus tickets. It's by far the best hospitality we've experienced. Great and unexpected food in the restaurant too, should not be missed.

Très bon accueil, jolie chambre avec vue sur les montagnes. Les dîners furent copieux et bons mais problème de recrutement de personnel ce qui fait que nous n’avons pas pu prendre nos dîners tous les soirs. La direction de l’hôtel nous a permis de dîner sur la terrasse de la chambre ou dans le jardin. Très grand jardin avec tables, transats et piscine. Parking pour nos voitures.

De prima bord tout allez bien jusqu’au départ le matin ou l’on nous a demandé de payer notre chambre alors que celle-ci était déjà payée avec booking mais il a fallut quand même payer car pour eux ce n’était que des empreintes or depuis le 2Mai nous essayons de récupérer cette somme sans résultats (nous avons toutes les preuves…) donc pas bonne expérience

Un hôtel charmant agrémenté d’un jardin arboré et d’une piscine, des dîners excellents, une hôtesse souriante à votre écoute, voilà la recette d’un séjour réussi au pied des Baous. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans ce petit coin de tranquillité.

Non c'è stato nessun soggiorno. Mia moglie è disabile e (prenotando con più di una settimana di anticipo) avevamo chiesto espressamente una camera accessibile. Arrivati in albergo (dopo 8 ore di guida dall'Italia) la proprietaria ci ha detto che non c'è l'ascensore e che quindi la camera non è accessibile ai disabili, come avevamo chiesto. Ha detto che ci aveva avvertito con una mail, ma è risultato che la mail era stata inviata il giorno stesso mentre eravamo in viaggio e quindi non potevamo leggerla. Non abbiamo ricevuto nemmeno una telefonata per avvisarci e darci la possibilità di una altra soluzione. La proprietaria non si è nemmeno scusata e tutto ciò che ci ha proposto è stato il soggiorno di una notte in un hotel vicino (ma a noi servivano tre notti). Oltretutto ci è sembrata infastidita dalle nostre lamentele. Nessuna empatia, nessuna voglia di collaborare.
