What a great place to stay. Apar**ent was newly renovated and clean and comfortable. Easy walk to downtown. Nice having gated parking. Host was great and very accesable as he didn't live too far away. Nice pool for a cool off dip.

Great little apar**ent in a gated area located in a residential area just a few minutes' walk from the Main Street with a wide choice of restaurants and shops so very convenient. Communication with host was excellent and check-in was smooth. Bed was comfortable and the bedding/towels were of high quality. Strongly recommend as a good base for exploring the area.

Would give 5 stars if the kitchen had a microwave and the living room had air conditioning. Also, the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were awful. Otherwise, this was a very clean, spacious, economical, and convenient home base for exploring the attractions around La Fortuna. The owner was responsive and helpful in accommodating an early check-in.

Great host and a nice, secure building. It's in a dense residential area, but is close to the main ***** in Fortuna.

The apar**ent was very modern and clean. The location is amazing and is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Cesar was very friendly and helpful.

This apar**ent is relatively new, well-appointed with cookware Etc. The apar**ent was clean and the manager communicated very well, and very quickly. Anything that we needed was provided. We can recommend this place to other travelers. The manager also made helpful recommendations for Hot Springs.

Stayed for almost two weeks. Our home away from home. Located in the heart of La Fortuna, but one road back from the main road, so nice and quiet at night. Well appointed, spacious apar**ent with nice big windows. Rex the dog and a beautiful orange kitty are always there to greet you upon your return from visiting the multitude of near by restaurants and attractions. All housekeeping needs were met immediately in this super clean apar**ent. Small pool for cooling off or sitting by. Lots of parking and a security gate. Situated in a cute little La Fortuna neighbourhood.

We were there for 3 nights and we really liked this place, the place was IMMACULATE, very modern and new and it was nice to have a full kitchen, and coffee included. The location is safe and walkable to everything. The bed was super comfortable too. Pool we didn't use much but they have chairs etc set up so that you can. Only 2 minor things i would say is that you can't put toilet paper down the toilet so it has to go in a bin, which is not ideal on a romantic trip but not a deal breaker, and better than the toilet backing up. Bedroom windows could use curtains to black out the room but i am a very PICKY sleeper so likely wouldn't both anyone else. Overall i would highly recommend this place!!
