We had an outstanding 1 night in the Le Tillau hotel; wonderful hotel - great service and fantastic food and wines; thank you very for the warm hospitality, we will come back again and will recommend your hotel to friends as well.

A great moment in a peaceful place. Meals were delicious with an original taste, in perfect contrast with Jura mountains. The personal was also adorable with good advice to mix wine and meals. A highly recommended table.

JEREMY CHEMINADE( fraichement revenu de DOHA, QATAR, après une éxpèrience de haut vol , au restaurant JIWAN, dans l'équipe d'ALAIN DUCASSE), est de retour dans l'hexagone, attention, vous allez en prendre plein les papilles! Expèrience sublime hier soir au TILLAU, diner d'exception, équipe de cuisine et de salle au diapason,un futur écrin , sous la baguette magique de JEREMY CHEMINADE, bocuse d'argent FRANCE en 2017, les guides gastronomiques ne devraient pas tarder de se faire écho, de ce talent et de cette valeur sure! Ne loupez pas un passage au TILLAU!

Our stay for one night was great. The hotel is very cozy, clean, calm and they already pre-heated the Sauna so we could go there Right away after our arrival. Staff also very friendly. The landscape around invites for nice walks.
The only thing that didn’t really convince us was the Food about what we had high expectations (good ratings & in the guide Michelin): not well seasoned/portion size/no surprising flavors/meat not tender. But others reviewed it as very good online. Probably it was just not the chefs day or we chose the wrong menu.

Une belle journée de fête des mères au Tillau. Un repas préparé avec soin. Les produits sont d’excellente qualité. Personnel très attentif L’environnement est calme Le restaurant est décoré avec goût dans cette ancienne ferme comtoise rénovée

De retour à l'hôtel, on apprecie son confort douillet, la gentillesse du personnel et l'excellence des mets au restaurant. On peut louer des raquettes en hiver ou des vélos électriques en été. On peut profiter du bar ou de la superbe terrasse.

Une cuisine fantastique , des saveurs, un voyage, 4 eme fois, jamais déçu et toujours étonné, ce chef est un magicien, nous venons de Besançon grâce a sa cuisine et bien évidement cette hôtel magnifique. Qui pourrait imaginer des plats si unique dans ce lieu? continuez , ne changez surtout pas.
