Great hotel. Rooms were high quality and in great condition. We had lovely views over the slopes and a balcony. Facilities were great - little pool for a dip and more importantly, sauna and steam room for relaxing after the mountains. Great staff - very friendly and helpful across the board, from reception to dining room to bar. Handy location, not too far from many shops and restaurants, plus easy walking to the various Ski Lifts. And last but not least, their all-inclusive options are the real deal - very impressive. All in all - fabulous. Would stay again.

Great experience to discover La Clusaz: we enjoyed the breakfast, the location. All the staff are very nice, professional with good advices. After skiing, relax at the pool, Hammam, sauna area. Take time with your family to play games, and drinks.

I had a wonderful week at this hotel! Everything from the food to the pool and sauna was absolutely perfect. The location was also fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. The triple room was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space for our stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The only minor thing to note is that the lift and stair system takes some getting used to, but once you figure it out, it’s not an issue at all. Overall, a fantastic experience—I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to return!

Super catering morning afternoon evening with a very high standard. Good service and atmosphere. The cleaning of our room was not up to the standard of the rest. We would have liked to have clean towels every day.

We stayed at Alpen Roc. The hotel had a nice atomsphere, the staff were welcoming and helpful, the food was great and the spa area was nice for relaxing after a day of skiing.

Hotel was fine although probably aimed at families rather than adult groups. We didn't eat dinner in the hotel but breakfast was OK. Extremely poor quality coffee - many coffee machines but all identical and not great. Spa was dissapointing and in need of maintenance.

Great location close to the slopes. Lovely town with lots to do other than just ski. Great ski area. Hotel really friendly with great breakfast and spa. Free bar 6-11.45pm also a lovely bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Went with ledger shearings. The resort was one week out of season which wasn't said in the brochure. Nothing open.Anyway the hotel was very basic it was clean and the food was good but needed more variety.the staff need to buck their ideas up not very helpful or friendly,Hardly spoke. We asked for a table separate from our group to celebrate our 60th birthdays but was ignored.we were made to sit round big tables with our group which meant we crammed in and people had to keep standing to let others past whilst eating which was very poor.if the manager of the restaurant smiled her face would crack.the daytime drinks were wine beer and coffee serve yourself in paper cups with modeline cakes only.the bar was very poorly stocked.no entertainment and no music.boring boring boring.to top it off whilst there the last 3 days they held a team bonding conference which seemed to get priority over others and they took over the hotel very noisy and made the atmosphere uncomfortable. We felt second best.the scenery was stunning and the best thing about this holiday.

If you want to Mountainbike, walk or paraglide, it's all possible in a close range of the hotel. You can use the hotel and clusaz as a real good basecamp.

lovely stay at the Alpen Roc with Shearings , our drivers ,Kelvin and Prem were excellent, room was really nice and comfortable, food was fantastic , as much as you wanted , wine and water on the table , drinks in bar were in an all inclusive package. Such a lovely holiday , thank you

The Alpen Roc is the perfect hotel to stay in with a family in La Clusaz. It has everything you need: clean rooms, a pool, a great buffet restaurant, pool table, bar and really friendly staff. We had half-board, which meant that everything was included for the whole stay.

Hotel Alpen Roc employs wonderful staff and they made our stay most enjoyable. Great food, particularly dinner, and superbly located near the slopes and town centre. We will definitely be back. Strongly recommend.
