EUROPA BARCELONA APARTMENT

The apartments have a good standard and the location is good for visits to tradeshows at Fira Barcelona. The check in procedure however isn't good and we ended up having to travel to a different location for our keys, even though we completed the check in and payment online and a representative sent messages about mobile phone keys, preventing the need to pick up physical keys. The staff was rude and not helpful.

Although it took me a while to write the review, I never forget a great place that we stayed at. Great service and always helpful people at the desk. The bed was the best, fabulous comfortable mattress of any place I've stayed. Great location next to all transportation. Very convenient shopping center nearby for all your needs. Food and all essentials.

Europa Apartment is a convenient location near the metro station and big shopping mall while provides a comfortable stay. The staffs are helpful especially a guy Louise who help me arrange taxi to airport and explains my questions patiently providing good solution for us. Actually we stayed 3 nights in cross 2 street’s apartment which is seems everything not enough including bathing gel and surrounding areas is not quite good so my family decided to change other one. We don’t expected much only require to stay in a safety area with tidy and reasonable accommodation. Europa Apartment is really change our expectation providing a nice and pleasant place and smart service.

The room / apartment was amazing, spaceous and great value for the money! Good location near the Placa Espana and near train station, were it was easy to get in to the airport. Also a huge sopping mall only few steps away was great! The negative side were the mix-up on my reservation and cancellation coming from hotel because problems with my credit card and then blaiming me / agency for the cancellation eventhough the reservation was made directly from hotels own website. Because the reservation was non-refundable, they automatically took a cancellation fee and even after my call and emails still blaiming me for the cancellation because the system said so. Systems can be wrong sometimes you kow, and clearly there wasn't a promblem in my credit card because the cancellation fee was able to take from it. The only good thing about this mess was that reservations re-activation was possible, but only after a call from my side and emails (me sending proofs that i didn't cancel the reservation). Luckily, something helped, because during the call i was only told that i could do a new reservation but after my emails, they finally responded that my reservation could be re-activated. After re-activation service was superb and friendly though! The self checking is a good option, but a bit difficult and requires sending copies of passports via email and making atleast a few payments through links sended by email. Maybe the receptions opening hours should be a little longer than 10.30 am to 6 pm, when the other options after that is to check-in in other locations in other side of the town or the self-checking, which should get started min. two days before the stay. All together, it took a call from Finland to Spain and after that maybe a seven emails to stay and check-in to the aparment for a short one night stay.

Skip the hotels! This apartment is the place to stay when in Barcelona. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and in walking distance to the mall and several restaurants. The apartment is spacious and clean. It has all of the amenities you need. The train stop is just a short walk, if you want to venture out to other areas of the city. I felt very safe walking around.

This was the best accomodation I ever had in Barcelona. The place is literally new and everything is beautiful and confortable. Staff was super nice and recommended us a restaurant less crowded that we loved. The location is well connected with the rest of the city. We'll be back!
