Khách sạn tuyệt vời và dịch vụ cũng tuyệt vời. Nó được chia thành một tòa nhà chính và một tòa nhà phụ, và tôi ở trong tòa nhà phụ! Cả thủ tục nhận phòng và trả phòng đều phải được thực hiện tại tòa nhà chính, cách xa quầy thu ngân. Tôi không thể tìm thấy tòa nhà phụ nên nhân viên lễ tân đã dẫn tôi đến đó và giúp tôi đẩy hành lý. Tôi sẽ chọn khách sạn này vào lần tới khi đến Kyoto! Tôi thực sự thích đồ dùng vệ sinh cá nhân của họ và dầu gội đầu của họ rất tốt.

Đó là một nơi rất đẹp. Nó nằm ở vị trí thuận tiện gần Ga Kyoto.

The Kansei hotel is located within a 5 min walk from the Kyoto Station east exit. There's no restaurant or breakfast in this hotel, but thanks to its central location, there's a lot of great food options in walking distance. You can fill your water bottle, grab a (paid) snack or do some work in the lobby though. The rooms are not too large, which is common in Japan. The main thing missing due to the lack of space is a wardrobe. As the hotel is quite new, the furniture and bathroom are in great condition and the Wi-Fi and TV services offered are modern. Although the hotel is mostly no-frills, the front staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer TA-Q-BIN for sending your luggage to other cities / hotels without having to carry them on public transport. I stayed at Kansei Kyoto for 6 nights and would highly recommend it.

The hotel is 10 - 13 mns walk from the end of Kyoto station. Though it doesn't sound a lot, to navigate through Kyoto station is quite something, then add 13 mns of walk. We arrived on a rainy day, so that didn't help at all. To travel to diff places in Kyoto, there is no bus or nearby subway, everything is Kyoto station as hub. There's nothing much around the hotel except a 7/11. The room is comfy but very small, especially the washroom. It lacked space to hang clothes and towels, plus that faucet system is spraying water everywhere. The plus side is the water pressure (shower) is excellent! And there's a washing machine on site. The reception kept our luggage, checkin at 3, there r umbrella to borrow. Tea (various types from Irish cream to Darjeeling) and ironically lacking green tea. They provide 2 drip coffee, but no cream and sugar (even at reception), so black it is. The diffuser is a gimmick but it did nothing. They give out a gift basket if you give review on Google... I find they r trying to make it nice with the diffuser, flavored teas to enhance the stay experience, but small details like a warmer smile will be appreciated, plus green tea, creamer... a lot of details are lacking and still to be improved.
