Excellent location. Friendly staff. The room was relatively big for Japan standard. It has washing machine and pots. 已经第二次往了。 还有免费sake 和咖啡。 Will stay again if we return.

Very convenient to go anywhere. 5 mins walk to Nishiki market, Takashimaya, Daimaru. Lots of shopping and eateries around

The hotel room's design is modern. The location is very good. It's easy to enjoy Japanese traditional foods and view their history and learn their culture. Nice place!

Can't beat the location, in room washing machine is a big bonus. Free drinks in lobby are so nice. We will definitely stay here again when we're in Kyoto!

The hotel location is easy getting around. We booked a large room with two beds, the bed and bathroom setting were conformable. The hotel restaurant food selection was limited and service was not friendly that could due to limitation of English.

Located right in the shopping district, friendly for families with children. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would choose to stay at this hotel again.

Excellent location within walking distance of the subway and also Nishiki market. Many food and shops below the hotel too. Staff were friendly and very helpful when I asked for food recommendation and to help make restaurant reservation.
