The room was clean and cozy. Front desk staff was friendly and professional. Location was great as it was very accessible to city.

酒店的公區都是環境是很棒的，大廳還有星巴克。餐廳在二樓早餐是很棒的。當然餐廳的接待且服務也很棒酒店的游泳池在頂層無邊泳池的效果還能看到遠方的波斯灣還有泡熱水池風景和服務走不到你感覺到很舒服，推薦你過來。

服務很好，由於晚上的航班，酒店退房時間給到了16:00。酒店還提供了免費的車輛送機，估計應該也有免費接機的服務，可以提前聯繫酒店試試。

Very excellent hotel in term of location and staff service. Staff are very friendly, room service excellent. In general the staff are very helpful doing their best for best of guests. It was my birthday and I was surprised by the staff of the hotel with lovely card

I recently returned to the Four Points by Sheraton Kuwait City after four years, and it was a pleasure to see that all the qualities I appreciated during my regular business stays here years ago remain intact. This hotel was my top choice back then, and it remains an excellent option for business travelers visiting Kuwait City. The cleanliness and efficiency of the staff are as impressive as ever, and the rooms continue to be both comfortable and convenient. The location is ideal for many strategic places where to conduct business, and I was especially pleased to find that the business lounge remains a fantastic space to work or relax between meetings. The in-house dining options, whether for breakfast or other meals, are excellent – perfect for days when you don’t feel like heading out. After four years, I can confirm that the hotel has aged gracefully, with no noticeable signs of wear. My stay reaffirmed my positive opinion, and I am happy to recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a dependable business hotel in Kuwait City.

Excellent choice. Modern, clean, great service. Very well located. The amenities are excellent as well, including a very good quality robe and towels. The included breakfast has great choices and exquisite service. I believe this is a 4-star hotel but feels like 5!

Had a really good stay at Four Points Sheraton in Kuwait. Though it was a very short stay it was very pleasant experience. The rooms were very clean and neat. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was having good variety of foods and was really awesome experience.

Modern, clean well equipped hotel. Decent size room and great shower. A good Starbucks in reception but not much choice of restaurants on site or nearby. Breakfast was decent, staff at the hotel helpful and friendly. Not the cheapest but a good central location

Adding to the excellence, a special welcome back call from Roland, the Front Office Manager, immediately upon checking in, demonstrated a level of personalization that sets this hotel apart. I must express my gratitude for the thoughtful gestures that made my stay extraordinary—a welcome back cake, a bottle of Red Grape Non-Alcohol Drink, and a generous fruit platter with a personalized note. Kudos to Mr. Mounir Amer, the General Manager, for maintaining such high standards in his hotel.
