Hilton Garden Inn Kutahya

房間比較小，雙床房，希爾頓的快捷，兩個人一個房間，有點擁擠，衞生一般化，沒在裏面吃早飯，晚上週邊有很多飯店酒吧，早晨對面就有吃早餐的地方，對面早餐店的打全麥麪麪包令人印象深刻

Центр города, до пешеходного квартала минут 5 пешком и то из-за светофоров, кругом магазины, кебабные, кафе, Мигрос в этом же здании. Рядом два блока автобусных станций: поскольку автостанция за городом, купить билеты на межгород (мы ездили в античный город Айзаной и в Афьон, потом выезжали в Анкару) можно прямо тут. По-английски персонал плоховато, но очень готов помочь и очень милые. Номер просторный, очень удобная кровать, достаточно подушек. Чайник, заварка, сейф, холодильник, утюг и вроде даже гладильная доска в шкафу (я не глажу, поэтому внимания не обращаю). Очень тепло в номере, ограничений горячей воды нет (ну еще, за такой ценник). Косметика в ванной Crabtree & Evelyn. Завтраки с 7 в лобби, выбор хороший, все вкусное. Но плоховато убирают посуду со стола, я из нее успевала выстроить пирамиду, прежде чем убирали. Минус: очень громко ночной клуб до 2 ночи, несмотря на то, что он где-то на первом этаже, а мы на седьмом, слышно ОЧЕНЬ. И все три дня, что мы там жили, музыка гремела до 2 ночи.

The atmosphere at Hilton Garden Inn in Kütahya was adequate, though nothing particularly noteworthy stood out upon arrival. Our check-in was late at night, and while the reception staff handled it professionally, they may have been tired which could explain the lack of enthusiasm. The overall vibe of the hotel is business-like and corporate, with subtle nods to the region’s traditional charm through the use of beautiful Kütahya-made ceramics that are dotted around the space. Our room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. In terms of amenities, we tested the Wi-Fi, which was impressively fast, making it ideal for business or personal needs. Other facilities such as the elevator and air conditioning functioned smoothly throughout our stay. While the hotel has a fitness center, we did not visit it and cannot comment on its condition or features. We ordered room service during our stay, which included a walnut and blue cheese salad, a fruit juice drink and wine. The salad was presented well and tasted fresh. Breakfast was a standout feature of our stay. The buffet selection was diverse, offering fresh fruits, vegetables, a variety of jams and spreads and tasty hot food options such as chips, potato croquettes and börek. Guests could also enjoy live-cooked dishes prepared by the chef adding a personalized touch - we experienced this and were made some nice food by the chef. In general, the presentation of the food options in Kütahya-made ceramics was particularly endearing and enhanced the dining experience. A special mention goes to Betül, the guest relations host, who greeted us and other guests by name. Her warmth and attentiveness made the breakfast experience especially pleasant and left a lasting positive impression. While the breakfast and room comfort were highlights, the overall experience at Hilton Garden Inn in Kütahya felt average compared to other Hilton locations. The lack of an exceptional welcome or standout moments during check-in was noticeable. However, Betül's exceptional hospitality, the use of local ceramics, and the quality of the breakfast offerings are worth appreciating. Final Score: 3/5

We had a reservation using points and then broke down in Isparta. They were so kind to allow us to cancel at the last minute and move the reservation to Isparta. Normally I wouldn't have expected this level of help. It took a little while on the phone too and they were excellent to work with. I have stayed here every year and it is a great hotel. Hopefully car will make it next year.

Hilton Garden Inn Kutahya is a gem! The rooms are huge and spotless clean. The staff couldn't be more attentive and welcoming. Restaurant's chef definitely deserves two thumbs up 👍👍 Quality of service is just excellent
