very good location next to Yubatake, all facilities are excellent and enjoy staying here. Tasty food for both dinner and breakfast.

Hotel Ichii is right in the heart of Kusatsu, so that is awesome. The onsen facilities are very clean and organized. However, our room was disappointing - perhaps because we are used to western style rooms. Our Japanese style room in the annex had no storage - other than the wardrobe where the yukata are stored and you could hang a couple of coats, there was nothing. Since the table in the center of the room was moved each morning and night by the staff to lay out the futons, we didn’t feel comfortable leaving a lot on the table. The futons were clearly old and the comforter on top was stained. There were only the towels meant to be used in the onsen - there were only very thin paper towels for the sink, which seemed very wasteful. Our rooms were located in the annex and while we could get hot water for the in room bath, there water in the sink was barely tepid. The smoking room on the second floor by the passage to the main building made the whole area smell. So if we hadn’t paid up front, we would have left early.

The location is excellent, the signature of the place "湯畑" is right next to the hotel. The food was v good, the staff are nice and helpful. The only thing needs to improve is the stone of the hot spring is a bit rough...

One of the best location facing Yubatake. The food and service details are above average. Hot spring is excellent and relaxing. Love this hotel and will rebook it again.

從車站到酒店下雪天有點麻煩，但酒店位置好，房間乾淨整潔，提前開好暖氣很舒心。整體服務很好，早晚的定食也不錯。

Overrated hotel, do not recommend. 房間：標準日式房 以為房間會對着湯畑，可惜是對另一面。房間頗細，我們3人住，舖了床褥後基本上不能打開行李箱。洗手間頗舊沒有翻新。 食物： 我透過trip.com預訂房間，也訂了”晚餐”及”早餐”，睇相片以為是套餐式/懷石料理形式。原來是自助餐形式。希望能寫清楚。如果知道是自助餐，我會選擇出街食。自助餐味道不過不失，但唔建議加購。因為酒店附近好多餐廳呀。 服務： 搭巴士到達草津巴士總站之後，可以到樓下的遊客服務中心，請職員幫忙打電話叫酒店shuttle bus來接你，等5分鐘好快。而酒店shuttle bus亦有指定班次由酒店開往巴士總站，夾啱時間就可以接駁其他巴士繼續旅程。 前台：咁大間酒店但前台似乎冇人識英文…溝通會有少少困難，不過都helpful~

房間夠大，飲食非常好👍

酒店位置在小鎮的核心景區邊，離大巴總站400米左右，一層有一家很大的特產超市。住了兩天，每天的早餐晚餐沒有重複，味道不錯。酒店有三個室內温泉和一個室外温泉

地理位置在最中心，去哪裡都很方便，窗外一直可以看到樓下其他旅館的人在排隊等接駁車😆 房間乾淨，而且在湯畑一邊，夜景很漂亮。餐食，温泉都是不錯的水準，唯一有點小遺憾的是晚上會席上菜意外得慢，或者説節奏卡頓，幾乎都是我們自己吃完等一會舉手叫人才來上下一道，好像都得等西裝人員（領班？）拍板才能上菜😅 總之還是一次比較愉快的入住體驗。

服務人員有禮，食物擺盤賣相好，服務人員招呼一絲不苟，細心有耐性，有傳統大酒店的水準，食物味道普通，但菜式多，一定夠飽，在 confirm booking時，我 層提及入住當天是我的生日希望可以安排較高層的房間 ， 果然 是安排了一間高層房間 並且在晚餐時奉上生日禮物， 還有生日小甜品及祝福字句， 十分窩心， 證明職員細心 ， 在大堂 有 即磨咖啡及茶任飲， 咖啡味道非常好房間的綠茶茶包亦都是上等 綠茶 ， 浴場近年裝修了， 非常雅緻 整潔 ，三個池 有不同溫度 ，加一個露天風呂，所有洗頭，落庒，護膚用品都是一小包供客人自取，連面膜也提供，十分細心，雖然5分鐘步程到JR巴士站，但也可免費叫車接載， 車程也不多於兩分鐘 ，酒店坐落在湯畑景点側，地点非常好，酒店地面層是精品手信店，對面又 7-11， 附近又有很多食肆小店， 對遊客來說十分方便
