Hotel R Residency

Pathetically experience Just to inform you that the experience of Hotel R Residency was pathetically. What was shown and told online nothing was not expected Problem faced: 1)when reached no one was their to assist, all door were locked,in reception arear was locked too ,then called respect person .. he told one person Will be reaching out to their within 5 to 10 minutes. WE WERE WAITING WITH OUR LUGGAGE OUT SIDE THE SO CALLED HOTEL. 2) property seems that no one visit to this place FROM LONG TIME 3) Entering into room no water for drinking was available..when aked for drinking water he said right now their is no bottle of water is here. 3)bathroom was very small with no lock 4)Commode all water was leaking out in bathroom 5)No space for taking bath 6)Mosquitoes and small lizards were seen everywhere ,no mosquito machine was present 7)No storage space for putting baggage and luggage. Electricity was gone from2:00 am no back up.no inverter 8)No T.v, No mirror ,no soap,no towel,no Wifi,no cleanliness NO STAFF WAS THEIR ONLY ONE PERSON WAS THEIR BUT HE WAS ALSO ON AND OFF. WHEN NEEDED NO ONE WAS THEIR TO ASSIST. As their was nonetwork or wifi due to which not able to contact anyone Request to guides the customer correct information about property

Lousy hotel. Not worth putting on mm t list. I paid again 2000 rs as they mentioned mm t has not paid them. Nuisance value. Dirty room and toilet absolutely lousy. Please refund the money paid to them immediately

I had a great experience with make my trip for my trip to srisailam. Driver was very humble and professional and helpful. Appreciate it. Room was not that good. But it was fine for one day stay as everything else was occupied

The hotel manager was good & got a solution to our query within 15-20 mins. But mm t still not answered my query nor received any call back/valuable suggestion.

Worst place to stay. Even railway station is much better to stay. Worst experience of my life.

No regulator for fan, no hot water, no mirror, no lock for toilet bathroom, very very small room. Terrible terrible experience
