The hotel was average, illumination in the room was insufficient, there was no water bottle, had to ask reception repeatedly for water and toiletries, when we decided to dine in their restaurant we were greeted by rat running between our legs.

Aç was not working in the room and I asked for change it room and they took 2 hours to change the room

Room service was pathetic, it took almost 1. 5 hours just to deliver two food items, that too after making calls multiple times, also no hot water available in rooms.

Worst experience, don't book any rooms in this app, show different hotel and after booking it goes to some other hotel, better to use some other apps

The room waz good but bit on the older side. The washroom could have been better though they are big. The location is perfect right near the center of the city.

The rooms are clean. The behavior of personnel is courteous. The towels can be replaced. Breakfast menu is okay but can improve. Overall good value for money.

This is very disgusting to book hotel through make my trip they have collected from me 5800 but hotel people give loin invoice for 4100 only i have contacted makemytrip people they have raised the query and closed the same without fulfilling my request
