Ruiduo Hotel (Kunming South Railway Station Branch)

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to Kunmingnan train station late at night, which was about a 15-20min walk. It was a bit hard to find because the hotel name was not clearly displayed, turns out it is located in a building that seemed to be under construction, which seemed sketchy at night. My room has a great view, the bed was good, and having digital tech was good. However, I didn’t get any floral insect repellent when asked for a bottle, and the manager only said “we don’t have bugs here,” when I just killed a couple of mosquitoes in my room. Would have been real simple for them to just buy one bottle from the store across from them, but they didn’t seem to think of that. Furthermore, I didn’t get the sense that they are very customer friendly (another customer asked for extra blanket and they didn’t get that either).
