Radisson Resort and Spa Lonavala

Our experience at Radisson Blu Lonavala was exceptional. We visited to explore the property for our MICE Tourism business and had dinner to gauge the dining experience. The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of food quality, decor, beautification, service, taste, and presentation. The live menu added to the impressive dining experience. The service staff, particularly Ms. Achan and Mr. Ayush, were courteous and professional. Our property tour, led by Guest Relationship Manager Anjali and Executive Sheetal, showcased the venue's potential for events. They were knowledgeable and helpful in highlighting the facilities and services offered by Radisson Blu Lonavala. The overall experience was outstanding, with every aspect of our visit meeting our expectations. The hotel's attention to detail, commitment to quality, and exceptional service made a lasting impression. We were impressed by the hotel's capabilities and look forward to potential collaborations in the future. Amazing stay .. we can here for our quarterly meeting so conference room were great to have a focused session as well as in conf service with high tea was on time .. food in lunch and dinner were having varieties and delicious.. also Disha was a great concierge to help us around the property do visit

Excellent property, humble n helpful staff. Especially Chef Prabhakar who helped me thru out my stay. I hv restricted diet n he check upon me m i ok vit d food n his team.. Made my husband bdae super special. Guest attendant Mukram and Ashish, Amol very polite n speedy at thr work in Supervisor - Mr Darshan great experience by his service n many too good service. Even chef Gaurav who taught us in food making activities n it was fun n very patient Executive attendance - Govind recommended Ladies staff Ruchi who helped me thru booking n room upgrade n all she cud. My requirements. Hostess Alvina made amazing setup Mrudula helped thru out n i loved d whole team. Bakery team is outstanding.chef palak,pawan n alam n head chef amazing n superb food

Children loved the facilities, especially games room and the swimming pool. The buffet spread was excellent and the environment was clean and welcoming. One of the memorable experience was the high tea selection - kids enjoyed the corn Maggie and pop corn selections. Kids also had a chance to experience a live cooking session with the chef.

Worst Hotel, highly mismanaged. The hotel was booked for marriage for 3 nights in first week of June 2025. Few staff were highly unprofessional, rude and used to lie on the face of patrons. They threat customers at the time of check-out, absolutely pathetic. The bell boy Vicky made false allegations, spoke very rudely and had dismal behavior with very bad attitude . Another person in the front desk Dipen was worst of them all. He behaved as if the hotel was owned by him and wasn't willing to listen to problems. Food was horrible. Only tea at the hotel was decent, which they probably outsourced during marriage. Please avoid this hotel under all circumstances, for weekend vacation or family functions.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful the location the ambience the food and everyone over here is very kind sweet and welcoming especially Ms Gaurvee Ms Mampi and Mr Lipu the food is to good to be true the rooms are very well maintained and I would love to come here again and again this place is wonderful their Chinese and Italian food is a must try And the deserts are spectacular I love the vibes of this hotel and their recreation club is amazing as well with tons of games i love this place so much✨✨✨
