WHAT A STAY. 5/5. Brilliant property. 70 acres with only 33 rooms and each guest is treated as family. If the beautiful backdrop of the Himalayan ranges right from the comfort of your sit-out room or swimming pool wasn’t enough then what will definitely keep you coming back for more here is the EXEMPLARY SERVICE taj staff provides you from the moment you check in to much after you check out. Props to the best in the business, NITESH, SATVINDER and NITESH, made our stay the best it could’ve been. Right from catering to our personal requests to keeping the gym and pool open much after normal closing hours, and the catering to your every whim and fancy no matter how impossible a task was made possible by them. Satyendra even made sure we got home okay by making arrangements with the other taj property we were going to visit on our way to the airport before hand! I have no words for how they made me and my dad feel on this trip. Just at home in the abodes of the clouds and mountains. Now getting to their food. Chef Nandlal if I’m getting his name correct was such a pleasure. Every morning for breakfast, he’d get to our table this new Himachal delicacy we just had to try and we’re so glad we did. What joyous and happy folks. Right from the head staff who’s names I mentioned to Monu, the swimming pool attendant and gym instructor, every staff member of taj Baragarh was absolutely warm, caring and genuine in their approach with us and we are all heart for the property and the men that make it come alive!! We had a wonderful stay at the Baragarh resort. The room was beautiful and the location was just great . The breakfast each morning was really good as well as staffs are very helpful and humble. Mr Sonu, Uttam, Monu , Pankaj from house keeping, and Nandini all staff were really friendly. Thanks.

I don’t know where to start with but I am very very happy and satisfied with my 5 days stay in Baragarh. It was a wonderful experience from starting. I was given a complementary upgrade as we reached earlier than the check in time. The room has all the amenities. You name it and they have it. Coming to food, no words. Super delicious food with huge variety of options that they give. We stayed here For 5 days and no dish in dinner buffet was repeated. Breakfst was so tempting with some local dishes stealing the limelight. Khamesh, Shivam and Jagmohan were superb hosts. They were from the restaurant and provided best service. M really really happy with the stay. Akshay and Ankit were also very nice when it Comes to customer service. Wow.. you guys made an excellent stay for us in ***ali. Hats off and Kudos! You are sending back a very happy and repeated guest!

The Resort is having very good location. The Resort has nice ambiance, very good accommodation, dining area, reception, other amenities like Gym, spa, pool room, play areas, library, and so on... The staff is very good. The Food quality, taste, varieties are very nice. In all its absolutely comfortable and relaxing experience. It's worth visiting again and again.

Have visited ***y hotels and resort. This one is the best among all. It's in the middle of an apple orchard and orchard was so vast that it took me hours to explore just some part of the property. It's so quiet that I could clearly listen the chirping of birds and gentle blowing of the air. From the room, snow clad mountain peaks felt so close.

IHCL Baragarh is the best resort in an amazing mountain town ***ali/ Ghurdaur/ Baragarh. The view of the Himalayas around the resort is breathtaking, and the Beas river can be seen from the resort. Inside the resort, apple blossoms in spring are mesmerising in lush green orchards. Colorful wild rose bushes are purely Instaworthy captures.

If you are looking for a quiet few days in the lap of nature with luxury and comfort at your disposal then plan a stay at Baragarh Resort & Spa. It is located between Kulu and ***ali, close to Naggar to be precise. So it does not have the mad rush of ***ali. Yet you can stay in an apple orchard with tall mountains surrounding you. We went there in the early part of April and those mountains still had snow cover. Very close to the resort flows river Beas, adding a bit more magic to the scenery. Of course, you have the hospitality of Taj to go with all of that. I have shared most of the reasons for opting for this resort till this point, but if you wish to learn a few more finer points then please read on... Pros: 1) A resort with most of the modern amenities situated in a very scenic and idyllic location close to Naggar. 2) ***ali is about 45 45-minute drive from the resort, so it is close enough and yet you can avoid the mad rush of that small town. 3) Great food and top-class hospitality, the hospitality of Taj will stand out on most occasions 4) Rooms are very spacious and offer great views of the surrounding mountains 5) The terrace offers a breathtaking view of the surroundings, mountains, river Beas 6) Experience of spending some time in an apple orchard Cons: 1) If someone likes to stay in ***ali and frequent the Mall Road, then this is probably not the ideal place for him/her 2) There are not too ***y activities to do during the evenings, so you can spend time with your family and friends or at the activity center. Next time you visit ***ali, you can consider staying in this property - especially if you are looking to relax and unwind. You can pick up a book to read in a leisurely afternoon or spend the evening star gazing, this place is just about perfect for a quiet few days.

Very good hotel to stay , staff is really nice . Right from reception they try to make your stay comfortable they also upgraded us to better rooms for nominal rates, Nityanand is front office was really awesome . Coming to restaurant department, the entire team was very pleasing and helpful , starting with Chef Mukesh the entire team was very accommodative and made things based on our requests they even packed us food for kids for return travel . Highly rate this hotel .
