the approach road ,last 3 km, is very bad. after sunet, u can't reach hotel on your own. u have to call hotel, they send their staff who drives ur vehicle to hotel. staff though polite, but service particularly food is of below average quality. view from hotel is though very good.

I went there for a conference and I found the hotel really nice.View from room and cafeteria is very nice.Staff is very friendly. Food tastes good. View in front of reception is also nice. A little problem is with the track that goes to the hotel that’s very dusty and risky. Apart from it my hotel stay was great and I didn’t face any problem during the stay

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The exceptional attitude of the staff truly made my visit unforgettable. Vikram, Sunita, Prakash, and Ketan went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. From warm welcomes to attentive service, their dedication and friendliness were outstanding. The rooms were tastefully designed, and the amenities were good. Every request was met with a smile and swift action, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a comfortable and delightful experience. They have a separate area for kids as well. Thank you, Vipin,Vikram, Sunita, Prakash, and Ketan, for making my stay so memorable!

This is a very nice property. Very good views of the valley and the surrounding mountains . The rooms were comfortable . The only issue was that the wash basin and shower water were not hot enough. The restaurant offered very tasty food . The balcony outside the restaurant with a lovely green carpet also offered nice views. Mr Sengupta , Manager, was extremely courteous and went out of the way to make our stay enjoyable. He even organized a bonfire for us. Mr Vipin at the Front Desk was also very helpful. It was a very good stay.

The stay was very nice, the hospitality was real good loved the place The food and the location was amazing too. Easy checkin and checkout the stay is very polite .the washroom and the room were clean and well organized. Sheets were clean too .

Do not go by the pictures as they are completely deceptive. First of all the approach is really bad , god forbid if there is any medical emergency you will be stuck . Secondly the property is very old just taken over by ITC , not at all worth the price which they are charging . Simply fooling the people. Do not book this hotel at any cost. ITC has not made any changes as per their standards . You will feel cheated if you book thinking that this property is owned and managed by a good brand.

Nice hotel, Food was very delicious with many options to choose in buffet dinner. They also assist in picking/ guiding on road downside to hotel way. Coordination is best by fortune park hotel. Staff is courteous and look after guests very well.

Hello staff and services are very good also food is good, rooms are clean. Staff is so polite and helpful. I refer this hotel to my friends and family. Hotel location is superb. Ambience is very good. In hotel activities are also helpful if you want to spend time in hotel. Thank you
