Nihaali Maldives

Our nihaali experience was very very good. And the person who made this possible was Ali Rush. He showed us around the island when we arrived and cared for our well being the entire stay.we enjoyed very much the cooking class with the locals.It was interesting and the people are so kind.💞snorkeling around the housereef is beautiful but watch for current.if you go with Ali Rush he would make a lot of amazing pictures .he is truly an artist! There is no dive center but so many other activities are possible on the island. The food on nihaali is more western orientated but if you desire for something different they would try their best.U will get water anytime. There is a weird smell in the bathroom but the whole place is clean and the bed is made daily. Rhe guesthouse has a beautiful little garden inside . We fell in love with the island and its people ..we will come back for sure . Ali Rush we thank you so much for taking good care of us and making us feel safe and so happy!!!We will never forget this exceptional experience💚🙏😄

Nihaali Maldives is a small guesthouse on a beautiful Maldivian island in the Baa Atoll - Kudarikilu which I have nicknamed 'Smile Island'. It is truly unique but has all the essentials, good food, clean rooms and excellent excursions. The staff is absolutely wonderful and everyone goes out of their way to cater to your needs, wants and desires. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the reality of the Maldives and its people. Thank you very much to all of you.

I have traveled to every corner in Maldives but never seen an island like this, friendly and welcoming people all around the island. White sand beaches, crystal clear water and house reef is full of wonderful species. “Ocean is alive here, untouched and nature at its best”

We stayed in Nihaali Maldives for 7 days and we had the most amazing holiday yet. When you hear about the Maldives, you assume that it is all luxury expensive resorts, and not for ordinary people, but you can have the same magical experience at a local island guesthouse. Nihaali Maldives is a small, friendly hotel, with caring staff who are always willing to cater to your needs and give you their attention. Communication with the owner (before our stay) was very good and he answered any questions that I had promptly. While we were at the hotel, the Manager (Ali) was always available to help us or answer any questions. If we had any issues with our room, one of the other staff members (I think his name is Ibrahim) was also on hand to help us. We always felt safe and secure. We also want to say a special thank you to Alie who helped us on our arrival to the island while the manager was away for a couple of days. He helped us so much, especially with my mother who has mobility issues. He even took us to the health centre when I had an issue with my son. Rooms The rooms are a good size, clean and they have a TV with English-speaking channels, which was a delight for us, as it is important when travelling with young children. The beds are also very comfortable and quite large. Food We had a full board package and the food is provided by a nearby restaurant, that caters to your preferences. They were able to make the food that we requested and the staff were very friendly. There were no set times for having our meals, so we were able to eat at a time that suited our schedule. The Island Kudarikilu is a pretty little island that does not have many tourists (as Nihaali Maldives is currently the only guesthouse on the island). We are so happy that we got to see and experience local life on a Maldivian island, rather than on a resort. The locals were all so friendly even if there was a language barrier. The 'bikini beach' is spectacular - the most amazing beach that we've ever visited. Most of our days were spent relaxing in the sun. At night, we visited the beach and had the opportunity to see bioluminescent plankton - we had never heard of this but are very happy that we got to experience it. The hotel is also able to arrange trips for you. While we were there, we visited a sandbank and took a speedboat to see dolphins. Do not hesitate to book this hotel - my children are still talking about this holiday and dream of being back in Nihaali Maldives.

The only guesthouse at the island. We loved it! Brand new hotel, super clean, with white linens. Ali, the knowledgeable manager showed us around and he was around every time we needed him. All staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Snorkeling was amazing! The corals are pretty good, there are schools of small- and middle-sized fish, plenty of turtles, reef sharks and sometimes eagle rays. The bikini beach is more less a private beach! There was nobody except us. This island is a gem, so peaceful. We will definitely come back!

My family (me, my wife and 2 y.o. son) spent an unforgettable 12 days in Nihaali Maldives. It was our second trip to Maldives and, definitely, better one. Firstly, I would like start by describing the island. Kudarikilu is a wonderful little island in the Baa Atoll with excellent infrastructure. It is rarely visited by foreign tourists (yet), very cozy and friendly. There are enough shops on the island, there is a museum rich in exhibits. Beautiful landscapes and nice details of the local island. There is only one guesthouse on the island (at January 2022) - Nihaali Maldives. New and fresh guesthouse, built in the form of a square ring with a beautiful European layout of the rooms. We stayed in the room with name «Bonthi» (yes, every room has a name). Large and cozy room with a terrace where we spent every morning and sometimes evenings. The main feature of Nihaali Maldives is its staff. Manager and helpers are very kind and helpful people. They did everything so that we would not regret choosing this place. During our holiday, the staff became real friends for us, who are always near when we need something. What about the beach? The bikini-beach at Kudarikilu, provided by Nihaali Maldives, is a work of art. Absolutely private. Clean, pleasant beach with sun loungers, sun umbrella and a table with chairs. This is truly a magical place. Very beautiful lagoon and no less beautiful reef (i’ve been snorkeling all the time). A few words about food. Meals are provided by the local restaurant «Bonjour bakery & bistro». We were surprised that the food is not inferior to our Russian restaurants (and even surpasses some). Just taste their chocolate milkshake. I am sure, you have not tasted better in any European country. Summarizing. I want to say thanks to all of you. You made our regular visit to Maldives to the fairytale. And you did it at the highest level. If, someday, we find ourselves next to Kudarikilu, we will definitely stop by to say «hello».
