Đã có một kỳ nghỉ thú vị tại Pullman Kuching. Nhược điểm duy nhất là họ đã không đáp ứng yêu cầu của tôi trước khi kiểm tra liên quan đến việc tổ chức lễ kỷ niệm của tôi tại khách sạn và một số tiện nghi không được dự trữ trong thời gian tôi ở. Ngoài ra, giá đậu xe rất đắt - 3 RM mỗi lần vào và 6 RM cho đậu xe qua đêm. Ngoài ra, đó là một kỳ nghỉ đáng yêu - giường siêu thoải mái và phòng rất rộng rãi, nhân viên thân thiện và chu đáo. Thêm vào đó, chúng tôi rất thích bồn tắm và hồ bơi.

Phòng có kích thước lớn. Bữa sáng đa dạng có thể có nhiều lựa chọn hơn. Nhân viên phục vụ trong quán cà phê không phải là chuyên nghiệp, vì khi tôi yêu cầu nĩa và muỗng, cô gái chỉ vào tủ và yêu cầu tôi tự lấy. 😂

Phòng nói chung là sạch sẽ, có nhà vệ sinh lớn (có bồn tắm) và bữa sáng tự chọn tuyệt vời. Vị trí tốt trong khu vực thị trấn quá.

Premise is under renovation at main door entrance. There is some glue or adhesive smell when walk in to the lift. Room is spacious and check in and check out process is smooth and fast. Down side is the buffet breakfast provided has limited choice. Location wise is near to some mall or tourist attractions.

Overrated. Booked 3 nights. Cannot cancel. For this price I would expect a bathroom Scale Lift is an issue. Got to go up to 21st before you can go to another level. This is the second night here. Had to move from a room that's blowing cold air all night. Resulted a cold. Basin drainage is blocked Had an ox tail soup. Can't say it's delicious. They offered me an upgrade next time I come Won't be returning

My recent stay at the Pullman Hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is pretty decent, though it’s clear that it has been in operation for many years. Some parts of the room showed signs of wear and tear. That said, the room was comfortable and functional, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. What truly stood out during my visit was the exceptional service from the staff. They were incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. It’s worth noting that the hotel is currently undergoing maintenance, so future visitors should expect some noise during the daytime (8 AM–5 PM). While this was slightly noticeable, it didn’t significantly disrupt my stay, as the work was confined to reasonable hours. Overall, I am happy with my time at the Pullman Hotel. The combination of comfortable accommodations, outstanding service, and the promise of upcoming renovations leaves me optimistic about the hotel’s future. I have no doubt that once the renovations are complete, the Pullman will shine even brighter and continue to provide an excellent experience for its guests. I would gladly return and recommend it to others looking for a reliable and welcoming stay. Keep up the great work, Pullman team—your dedication to improvement and guest satisfaction is truly commendable!

everything about this hotel is the best except for the on going construction.. from the spacious room, friendly staffs and amazing view facing Kuching Waterfront. it is a 10 minute walk towards Kuching Waterfront.

Massive renovation. Stay here if you looking for location and attractive hotel rate. Early check in possible if available. Late check out up to 6pm is MYR150. Reception. on 21st floor. Breakfast on 22nd floor. Amenities nothing much. Room was spacious. Showering water pressure very hard. Breakfast spread was varied and tasty. Location was within walking distance to attractions.

they were renovating during our stay so some ammenities weren’t exactly where they are but overall it was a value for money stay. they upgraded us to the executive suite which was a really big room. some parts of the room like the paint is abit worn down if you really stare at it. the water pressure was really bad but despite that the room was clean and service was good. in room meal was not the best in terms of taste, didnt get breakfast tho. hopefully once the renovations are done it will look much betterb

The room is clean and feel comfortable. A very wonderful day and night for celebrate Christmas eve. Dinner buffet 👍👍

Great stay at Pullman big room and bathroom. Location is good walking distance to nearby places for food and shopping.

Overall is ok , because of renovation I can’t enjoy facilities like swimming and fitness. And the building is old…
