Khách sạn đẹp, phòng rộng rãi… thức ăn rất tuyệt cho bữa sáng tự chọn. Tôi thích khách sạn này vẫn nỗ lực cho đồ vệ sinh cá nhân và các tiện nghi cơ bản khi đi du lịch, danh tiếng! Con gái tôi rất thích hồ bơi và cá nhân tôi nghĩ rằng khách sạn này là nơi tuyệt vời cho kỳ nghỉ. Điều duy nhất có thể được cải thiện là tần suất thang máy

2nd time stay , very clean , big & comfortable room . Comfy pillow & mattress small kitchen with all essentials nice view , good food Recommend for all a big dirty on blanket

I gave no complaint about this hotel except for a few 1. The path from parking level 1,2,3 to the lift lobby should be well lit and bright and should not look like a backyard. The lift area at parking should be paint and clean up. After all this is 4 or 5 star property in Kuantan 2. Coffee house stop serving coffee and anything at 1030 am. Only tea. That is strange. It was a weekend nite!!. The rest like location, service and amenities are good. Photos show view from the hotel.

Great hotel with great facilities. Slightly far from town but still very accessible and worth it for the price with the great ocean view.

After a year, drop here again. Choosing a sea view room... everything is good.. bed is big, clean, comfortable, fresh scented. I love the smell. Friendly staff at reservation counter. Will be come and stay here again on next visit. Wake up early in the morning to catch up a sunrise moment here.

First experience with Swiss-Belhotel. It was awesome. Thank you for the hospitality. Food was superbb and delicious. Surrounding was very neat.

Great location near to the beach . Easy check in process. My seaview studio unit room is very spacious and comfortable. Staff are friendly especially the security guard very helpful and friendly. Nice view of the sea from my room. Late evening can see fisherman boat line up going home. A lot of parking available. Overall ok. Wifi is not reliable.

Nice hotel for its price The location was quite good since our target beach is teluk cempedak( we just took grab around RM12* price depends on time &demand) Our room was clean and very spacious . Complete amenities. They refill the coffee and bottled water(compimentary) coz we stayed here for 3days. The view from our room was nice with beautiful sunrise 🌅 Their breakfast were ok 😋 many selections provided The staff were friendly and nice 😍 The beach i think walkable, since many guests walking before sunset but we never try coz from afar i see the sand color was greyish( also we prefer the teluk Cempedak beach) Booking here was ok ,good value and nice hotel other than the small hotel near teluk or the big pricey hotel there which cost a lot.. Just a penny grab taxi were good to reach teluk 😘 Location wise, still ok since there's a nearby grocery/market in the area selling food/restaurant. Dont forget to buy some local batik 😉 There's also some tourist attractions near the area like :Kuantan Art street and the Kuantan 188 tower . So convenient for us commuters just take grab taxi everywhere you go here😘 As for me i will book again this hotel👌

It was a pleasant stay here at Swiss-Belhotel Kuantan, the check-in & check-out process were smooth, the studio room was large, the beds were comfy & cozy enough, the room was clean and we were satisfied with all the amenities provided. The hotel was located near the beach so you can totally enjoy the beautiful view from the poolside. My son loves the mini waterslide there, the breakfast was okay though we think the hotel can improve the variety of it. Free shared parking with the reaidence building. And you will need to prepare deposit of RM100 in cash/CC with RM3 tax.

The twin bed room was big and spacious on the 23rd floor (highest floor is 26). The hotel is beside the sea and windy throughout the day. It is convenient to take a taxi to the city or Teluk Cempedak beach. However, I was charged RM100 for early check-in because there was nothing to do until 3 pm. The reception could have been more flexible as there weren't many guests staying at the hotel or giving us a seaview room for the additional RM100 charge. We had a fright when the door of the lift could not close completely after we went inside. Luckily, we managed to get out and take another lift.

Bad experienced with staff-customer service at check in & check out. Only the swimming pool given enjoy and fun to my kids. Breakfast also no variety food. Better find the best menu from outside and not recommended to taken breakfast. After this, if i visit kuantan, no more to check in here. Very dissapointed😓

Bilik bersih n besar.. sangat selesa.. Kolam pun sangat best .. Nice hotel for family.. Will repeat again.. one of the best hotel in kuantan .. Cuma parking dia sekali ngn residences kena pusing byk kali baru dpt parking..

The bed is great! Hotel is clean, next to the hotel there’s a restaurant for celup tepung and it’s good. If u take the sea view, u will be having a great view but all i wanted was to sleep.
