the air conditioning isn’t quite cool even though the temp is alr at the min lvl & there are no toiletries. i feel tht the price charged is not suitable if i receive amenities like this. Regardless, the room is clean & the staff are frienldy

Check in was fast with no dep charged. Hotel parking is limited in front of the hotel, but I was told if you come back late at night, guest can park behind the hotel. For some of the room, guest have to access through the door next to the restaurant(door can only be accessed using the access card). Only stairs available. Hotel is located on a shoplot with restaurant in the same row. Do note that the restaurant only opens in the morning til lunch. For dinner guest have to drive out. Room was small and basic, TV cannot be used, no channel is available. Towel was clean but very dated and in need of changed with thread coming out at the other end. Same goes to pillow cases which turned yellowish. Toilet was OK with good water pressure. However cleanliness could be improved (there's cigarette leftover under the sink) location wise was great, right in front of the Jetty Kuala Perlis where people took ferry to langkawi. Good for 1 night night stay for guest going/coming back from langkawi. 20 mins drive to Kangar.

Good hotel for the price you paid. Is near the kuala perlis jetty and good for transit purpose before riding ferry to langkawi. The receiptionist also very welcoming despite of large number of people check in

Mixed Emotions - Great Location, Hampered by Plumbing Issues While the prime location right across from the ferry terminal was undoubtedly a highlight of our stay at the hotel, our brief family trip (of four) was unfortunately marred by a couple of plumbing issues that significantly impacted our experience. Overall, it is quite okay given the price is affordable

This is an old hotel near the jetty of Kuala Perlis. The location is nice because you can see the sea scenery. The cleanliness of the room is acceptable but still needs to be improved.

Good for short stay before travelling. I'm family with young children. The hotel near to jetty. Clean and nice staff. Only just basic amenities given..

REALLY LOVE IT VERY EASY TO FIND FOOD AND ALSO THE FERRY IS JUST INFRONT OF THE HOTEL WALKING DISTANCE
