I loved my stay at Berjaya Times Square Service Apartment. Very convenient, shopping, rooms & dining under one roof. I would surely come back in the future😘

Location is centre of shopping. U can shop at the Berjaya Times Square shopping complex. No parking. Parking is expensive at shoppung complex. Park outside RM5 to RM8. For 2 bedroom suite only given 1 access card. Ask why given 1, they say lost 1 card. Its nor appropriate at all. To many foreigners working, none Malaysian's. Not sure is secured. View is nce from the room wt twin tower and KL tower.

Smelly room.. run down.. not recommanded.. Only good location.

Me and my family was staying at the queen apartment Berjaya suite, and it's is really shocking that the suites are really a rundown apartment suite. When I was back then before covid, everything was really in good shape. And I was quite happy. But now it was a total disaster. Me and my family's did not enjoy this vacation. As you can see in the photo below. P.S : Please choose a better quality hotel or apartment then this.

Worst service of my entire in the past 10 yrs of traveling. Couldn’t find the reception and we have to call the property. Just a random man arrive and gave a key. After that we haven’t seen him.

My stay at Berjaya Times Square Suites was truly delightful. The spacious and well-appointed suites offered a comfortable retreat in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. The staff's hospitality was exceptional, ensuring a pleasant and memorable experience. I particularly enjoyed the panoramic views from my suite, adding to the overall charm of the stay. A perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers seeking convenience and comfort in this vibrant city.

Amenities over 20 years old and lots of small faults spoil the overall experience. For example, the toilet seats are cracked and pinch your butt every time. Another is the broken shower hose that sprays water everywhere and wets everything. So much more issues like stained bed linens, mouldy chairs and water damaged floors. The only good thing was the view. Please renovate the hotel. Then there’s this old musky smell from the mattress.

I booked for 2 nights @ TM SUITE @ BERJAYA TIMES SQUARE room 39-01. It was a terrible experience. The room was old and decrepit and sheets and pillow covers unwashed. I can tell because it smells bad. The personnel who met me was very unprofessional. The whole place is just BAD! Would never recommend this to anyone. The photos speak for themselves.

It's a terrible place. Leaking ceiling,water sogged carpets, dirty bed sheets,no reception counter,no house keeping,naked wires. A group of guys operating a SCAM at Times Sqaure, KLits also a fire hazard with naked wires. No fire escape plan. No body to help. No receipts were given. All cash. Thet charge government tax but no receipt issued. A group of Bangadesh touts running this useless place.My booking was made through ***********.

We had an unpleasant stay. Not happy with both the apartment and the service. Run down, smelly and dirty carpet, toilets, utensils, pillow and bed sheets. There are cockroaches. No concierge. Will not come back!

dirty,scary,not an official berjaya time square room,just the same building,door is very scary as someone just broke in,air condition smells and hot,super dirty, not and official berjaya time square room,need to meet agent to get key,not from official counter,please get official berjaya time square from receptionist,not from agent,bad and scary experience,for check out need wait half hour to send key
