Services: VERY BAD FOR ME I Gave 2 star only because the second staff who help me with check in was polite . Staff RiNi ( Chinese girl ) was rude with me when I do late check in around 8.30pm or 9pm , when I question her information from booking vs at counter not tally she told me I can call trip.com to cancel my booking if not ok . I don't mind to pay but when she say like that without giving me validate answer really pissed me off after I feel really exhausted looking for place to stay overnight . After I called my friend in her tone of voice changed . Normally I'm not a person to give bad review but I have to share my worst experience here. I can't cancel my booking no refundable , I have to go nearby bank to withdraw money , seriously !!. Location : Great place , nearby food court, Cleanliness: looks clean but there was few small cockroach in kitchen area, water jug with still water inside ? Previous use. Parking : U have to pay Rm19 according to the staff but I received confirmation rm10 additional charges to pay at property not sure which is true now . U have to pay deposit rm200 during check in , if pay cash u will get back during check out if by QR code or card I will received in 7 to 14 days as per staff. Trip com staff : Thank you for attending my call and you try ur best to help me . Unfortunately we not able to cancel bcz property refused to refund me . Chamber: Please teach your staff to treat all equally and great customer with smile at least this can melt those customer coming after tired travelling.

Penginapan yang hebat di Chambers! Bilik selesa dan proses daftar masuk berjalan lancar. Saya tempah dengan sarapan, dan hidangan yang disediakan mirip makanan dalam penerbangan oleh Santan—ringkas dan memuaskan. Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman yang baik dan saya akan pertimbangkan untuk menginap lagi.

Sangat berpuas hati dan selesa.....

衞生：毛巾千萬別用太臟了，上面都是污漬，一定要住的話帶好一次性四件套，和一個床單當被子 環境：泳池還不錯，窗户能直接看見雙子塔 房裡跟圖片是一樣的，但是有200馬幣按金，7天了還沒退我

一張1.8米大床，一張1.5米沙發床，廚房用具餐具🍽齊全可自己買菜煮飯，有冰箱、洗衣機、吊扇，窗户可打開通風，淋浴間熱水充足，樓下就有一家小型超市，有大米蔬菜飲品等，種類比較齊全，很滿意。唯一就是前台的男接待員態度不太好，説話聲音小，全程沒有任何錶情。

服務態度超級好，設施好，環境不錯，強烈推薦
