Ekoetno Selo Strug

Enjoying a peaceful surrounding of unspoilt nature with various indigenous animals, Eco Village Ekoetno Selo Strug offers rustically decorated accommodation right next to the southern entrance to Lonjsko Polje Nature Park. It has a restaurant with terrace, fishing ponds and horseback riding facilities. Accommodation is provided in traditional oak houses. The on-site restaurant serves grill specialities, meat and fish dishes, as well as wines from the Moslavina region. Live music evening are sometimes organised at the Strug. Bird watching is especially popular in Lonjsko Polje, which features 250 bird species. A photo-safari around the nature park can be organised as well. There are 6 bike routes linking Lonjsko Polje with rivers Una and Moslavina. Guests can buy cycling guides on the reception desk and rent bikes. Hiking paths starting in Krapje Village offer sights of indigenous animals and old military structures. The property is located in Plesno Village, near River Strug, which offers canoeing and fishing possibilities. Opeke, Trstika and Puska hunting grounds are nearby (deer, wild boar, rabbit, pheasant). E70 Motorway can be accessed within 10 km. Zagreb and its international airport can be reached in less than 1 hour along the E70.
