The uniquely designed Therma Palace - Privat Beach & Free Parking is located a 5-minute walk from the beach in Kranevo and offers a free outdoor pool and air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi. This is the best place for spa and relax, I’ve ever been. Didn’t know that we have thermal water on our seaside. The hotel is so beautiful, clean and cozy, the food was great, the beach is stunning…even on October. Definitely will come back again! Also the villas in Italian style was so beautiful.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel, more like 3+ or 4- at best. The hotel is old, facilities are not well maintained, the pool was dirty, the food was bad, no value for money - for the price we spent we could have gone to a better place. We did not even eat our food at the restaurant and walked about 1-2 km to the nearest supermarket to buy some snacks. The staff - not a 5 star service either except for the girl at the spa reception and the hotel manager. Upon checkout the receptionst had a plate with his breakfast and it was smelly all over. I do not recommend this place and would never come back. If you value your future guests you should consider all of the above.

I went with my wife overnight for a special birthday. The parking was easy and free. There was also WI-FI. The hotel is a five-star, and the all-inclusive package was well worth the money. The spa facilities were good. All the staff were friendly and most spoke English well. Well, worth a visit if you are in the area.
