Looking from Outside it is a nice hotel and it looks new, inside is not how I imagined. Everything makes noise in the room, even when you close the bathroom room. We picked this hotel (with all meals included) because we have a small baby (2 years) and he eat just some food (pizza, red sauce pasta etc). Today, at lunch we had a BIG surprise, we hadn’t had buffet because “there are few clients “ and they gave us the possibility to pick from a very small menu (of course that the baby could eat only few soup and that was it). This hotel is not child friendly at all !! No possibilities to pick something else for the child ! There is only a small and very poor kids area, there are few toys, mostly of them are broken. The staff attitude is not friendly at all! Happy that tomorrow we will Leave !!

Will not repeat for sure. 1st place in forbes is undeserved. After our door rattled and wouldn't close tightly, our stay became hell. For 2 days no one thought to change the room, and we complained repeatedly. Every time a technician would come... HELL noisy, at 8 and 10 in the morning they play music in the corridor, the air conditioner was turned off, and after the 10th minute airing in the room, it was unbearable from the heat. In the spa area, although it was not full, they allow people to leave their towels all day, so there is absolutely never an empty sunbed. The food was delicious, despite the small variety as for a 5 star hotel.

Really nice hotel especially off season. Pros: - tasty food - nice staff - great idea with the bracelets that you could use for rooms acces and to pay the extras. - best Spa with thermal water - very good massage therapies - beatiful location - nice sandy beach - good Wi-Fi - charging stations for electric cars (not free of charge) Cons: - small premises for the number of rooms. Even off season it is crowded in the restaurant and in the spa/pool area. And the parking lot is quite small - this hotel is a gem lost in the desert. Kranevo village looks like it has been through a war recently. - the mattress was bad for my back. I came here trying to fix some back problems and massages combined with Spa really helped, but all progress made during the day was lost after sleeping on that mattress. - we were 2 adults and 2 children. Only 2 glasses available in the room. No slippers provided for children. We only received 2 cards for Spa towels

Casa di Fiore is an oasis, a unique location at the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast, very close to the beach, lots of sunbeds and umbrellas, big and very clean rooms, young and friendly English-speaking staff, amazing, various and tasty food, very big and various SPA facilities with thermal water. Cons: dispencer water tastes like tap water, no Romanian channel TV even 90% ofthe tourists are Romanians , stray dogs outside of location We had a great family gathering time, we definitely recommend this hotel!

Excellent stay. The hotel is perfect for a holiday vacation. The pools are with warm mineral water and the SPA area is very nice. Great quality of food and friendy staff. The room is specious and clean with a sea view. Totally recommend!

Property looks good overall, still had a very bad odor in the room, we had to change to another room (there was better but still could feel it).

Our stay (2 adults and a teenager) was truly excellent. The room we booked was large (one bed and a sofa), with a beautiful view of the sea and the outdoor pools. The latter were great; the indoor pools (heated, with mineral water) were also great. The food was amazing (unlike in other places we went in Bulgaria). The staff was friendly, eager to help, and professional. The resort is open year round and we were thinking to go there in the Fall or early Spring. I highly recommend this place!

The place is nice, the stuff are rude and don't care much for the visitors. The food is the worst food we have ever had in a hotel
