Lo mejor la ubicación. Te limpian cuando lo pides. Lo menos bueno fue que no hay horario 24h de recepción, aunque tampoco es un problema.

Ubicación excelente pero no se pasan a limpiar, tienes que solicitarlo. Colchón bien. Buena relación calidad precio

Got in late but entry was OK. A call then a txt back with the codes.. the room was fine .. very spacious ,warm, good bed .and shower . The big problem was the 8 flights of stairs .. 80 steps.. this is fine if you are young and fit . Good location for sights.

We arrived late gone 9pm we had the codes for the hotel and the room we did ring in advance this is a must if u struggle with stairs then this hotel is no we had to climb 4 flights as we were on top floor they do have a lift but does not cover all floors u can leave your case with Reception till.6 pm when they close room lovely clean and warm we had breakfast but itv was continental and left outside your room every morning cafe attach is good to we had coffe and cake in there would return but not with breakfast the hotel boutv10 kins walk from centre overall good

The shower didn’t drain very well at all. I can only imagine it is because the plug holes needs to be seriously cleaned out. Our flight arrived later in the day and reception was closed. The door was locked and it was only because a young couple were walking out of the door that we were able to gain entry. However, as reception was closed we didn’t know how to get to our room. We eventually found a number to phone on the key pad by the door. The lady who answered the phone was rude. We got a text with the key box code for our room. Our room isn’t too bad. It’s big but the pillows are absolutely awful. Never have I seen pillows like it. The room was clean and acceptable. I think it’s like a youth hostel. It was a cheap place to stay but it should definitely be cheaper. There are zero facilities - no restaurant attached to get breakfast or a coffee etc. the beds do not get made up everyday.

Great location - just by the old town. Room was nice, clean and had everything we needed. Our room was up many flights of stairs but thankfully my bag was small - but just a warning for those with big bags. Once we had the check-in information it was easy and check-out was simple too. The reception is only open 9-6 and they send you the door code and code for your room key (in a lock box by your door). Only issue is I’m travelling from outside of Europe and with my phone line off, I was only given the check-in information after following up with the hotel. It could’ve been quite an issue if I hadn’t realised their reception wasn’t 24/7 and they hadn’t sent the access information in a form I could receive - recommend they use just email in future to resolve this issue. Overall a good stay, great location and for a very reasonable price. Would stay here again.
