Daughter chose this hotel for our 4 day family trip to Krakow, and what a great choice! The hotel was well situated, just a short 10 min walk to both the centre, bars and restaurants and the Jewish quarter. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, rooms are made up every day if required. The breakfast was excellent, great choice and good selection of both hot and cold food. The staff were very friendly and receptive to all our questions. We would definitely stay here again and I have no reservations in recommending this hotel should you visit Krakow.

Very good location. Perfect for the Jewish quarter, just round the corner, a little bit further to the main square old town but it's a lovely walk and not far. We found it very quiet at night. So slept well. Very friendly welcome. Very swiftly checked in. Great room ,104 comfort room with balcony. Very big room with everything you need, seperate bedroom with AC, very comfy bed. Bathroom very good, towels a bit small but that's ok ! Breakfast was really good indeed. Buffet with option to order omelette etc. Luggage room for late pick up was very useful..

Great location near the Jewish Quarter and short walk to the Old Town. Really well priced for the quality of the room. Has everything you could need and we also booked the balcony room which was a nice addition. Perfect for a weekend in Krakow!

We arrived last Saturday a little earlier than check in but the lady at reception said our room was being finished off so we were able to check in a little earlier than the 2pm which was appreciated as we’d been on the go since 3.30am! We booked a room with a balcony which was nice to just be able to step outside, the room was huge, felt like the living area was a bit randomly spread out but still we made use of the sofa and living area. The bathroom was good and the air con was very efficient. We didn’t book breakfast but we did go down for one of the mornings and found it quite expensive for what was on offer! All laid out beautifully but didn’t feel enough was on offer for 79zl which I think is around £15pp. There’s loads of bakeries, cafes etc everywhere so I recommend going out for breakfast. Recommend mojo down the road. Hotel was very quiet which was nice, and very clean, you could choose whether to have your room cleaned every day, we got ours done once out of the four days. We left our luggage with them once we had checked out as we had a late flight and there’s a toilet downstairs for you to freshen up before your flight. Overall we enjoyed our stay, didn’t have any issues and would stay again :)

Comfortable hotel in the Jewish quarter Located in the Jewish quartier and in a main avenue, you can walk to the old town and/or to Wawel castle in 20 minutes. Staff could have more experience in terms of counselling on tourist attractions both in the city and surrounding areas.
