MR67 Mayera Rapaporta

We stayed here for 4 nights, with the breakfast option and chose this hotel after doing lots of research and based on the reviews here. I honestly feel like we’ve stayed in a different place. Firstly, location is good, right by the Jewish quarter, which we loved, with its bohemian vibe, but still only a 10mins walk to main square. Staff were friendly and helpful. Now for the not so good. Beds consisted of two single beds pushed together, extremely uncomfortable, as were the pillows, with two single duvet covers to sleep under, totally inadequate. Asked for pillow protectors to be changed, when discovered as stained, these were replaced by yet more stained protectors. Reported a bulb that was flashing in the sitting area, discovered a bulb not working in the bedroom area too that ceased to work, neither were replaced during our stay. The towels on offer, when we arrived were threadbare. Breakfast on the first day was a real disappointment, not what was advertised, with very little choice. So much so, we didn’t bother with it on our second morning, it did improve vastly latterly, maybe because there were more guests staying? Overall, a disappointing experience for us. Loved Krakow, it is a beautiful city, with stunning architecture to see, but we wouldn’t return time this hotel.

The hotel was very central and well kept. Although there was a lot of noise coming from above us? Sounded like thumping every morning from 8am-11am. Also cleaners very loud in the hallway each morning. Bed uncomfy. Very hard and the mattress sheet was far too small meaning the mattress was exposed each morning. Also no proper waiting area if you are checking out and have a late flight.

Nestled right in the heart of the Jewish quarter. Easy to get to the old town. Really nice hotel. Very clean not a stray hair in sight. Great shower (towels could do with being a bit bigger). Breakfast delicious so much to choose from. We had a comfort room, separate lounge area, bedroom & bathroom. On the 3rd floor facing another building. Nice and quiet. Oh and one of the best hotel beds I've ever slept in.

We had a 2 bedroom comfort room., with a 14 year old son. From 1-5 December. This was a 2 bedroom family room, 401, the rooms were huge! Very spacious and hot! Location was perfect! 10 mins to main square and nearby Jewish district, just 5 mins away from Schindlers staircase! Behind apartment. Jewish district a lot of cheaper . Easy accessibility for walking to main square. Would definitely return.

Great location, incredibly clean, large and spacious room. Perfectly located between the Jewish quarter and the old town with lots of amenities, cafes, restaurants and bars within close proximity. The bus to/from the airport is a short 10 minute walk along the street to the bridge. Staff were very good. My only criticism would be that the rooms were pretty cold and there was no mechanism to turn up the heat. I would however stay here again

Great place to stay. We called a Bolt from the airport and the transfer was £9. Our room was spacious and very quiet. Great location between the old town and Jewish quarter. My only slight gripe is each day the buns were emptied but the beds were only made every other day. The tea was not replaced each day and we had no fresh water just an empty bottle. Overall would recommend.
