Fantastic 4 star Hotel. There was nothing I could fault. The staff are welcoming with a friendly smile and always helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect, straight over the road from the train station and mall. Makes getting to and from the airport effortless. If we ever come back to Kraków we will rebook this hotel.

Hotel is in easy reach to the main square , it is so clean it’s amazing . The rooms are spotless & amenities are good. The staff are very pleasant. The hotel is opposite the shopping mall which if you like shopping your in a good place . The train station , bus stop & trams are outside the mall. If you book trips the stop is outside the hotel which is a bonus if your getting up early . The beds are comfy room has a Wi-Fi charge point next to bed. All shower amenities etc provided, dressing gowns & slippers. Breakfast is nice 👍 Lovely hotel would definitely recommend & stay again

We didn't stay at the hotel, but dined at the restaurant. It was really great experience. The food is amazing. The service is perfect.

Very small rooms, prestige suite is not a suite because it is small and clastrophobic. Standard rooms without space even to put a suitcase on the floor. In my opinion, a business hotel only. Beautiful common areas.

Excellent location and great facilities. Rooms are fine. Only breakfast a bit expensive.

The only thing that doesn't work is the cable TV ( netflix , discovery etc ) other than that everything else is good ! I love the location ! The hotel is very clean and very colourful.

Location of the Mercure, Kracow is impeccable! It’s across a small road to the train station, also the same location of an extensive malls. To top this ease of accessibility to amenities it’s is also walking distance to the Old Town sights and local eateries ! Best of all worlds ! Hotel check in was efficient, staff was friendly at reception. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was extensive! Everything was amazing, definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Good location esp if you are moving ard by train. 10min walk to Old Town.

It’s a consistent product with reliable offering, so a place to return (as I have). Very convenient location, on the edge of the old city and right next to the central railway station and bus terminal. Service was good and responsive. Room was clean, spacious enough, and maintained to a good standard. Nice seasonal decorations in the entrance and reasonable dining / drink options within the hotel. Equally, there are plenty of eating / drinking choices in the vicinity of the hotel, including the mall across the street.

Will recommend to stay in this hotel if you prefer to stay near the station. Booked this hotel because it’s near the train station. Opposite the hotel is a mall. This hotel is not in the old town but you can walk. The bed is very comfortable. No amenities are provided except shampoo. Toilet roll quality is low. Breakfast: In europe , the breakfast is good with few western food selections such like eggs, bacon, baked beans and sausages. There is a section on salad and cereal. The breakfast comes with a lot of drinks selection. Service is good.

Very close with the railway station, and bus stop.the room is smaller than expectated The breadfast is very good and the staff is nice.

Good hotel and location, just opposite to the train station, easy to get the tram and bus, need to walk around 10 minutes to old town
