A ten minute walk to the main square and 20 minutes walk to Krakow Główny (main station). The Zuliani is operated from the Yarden hotel which is 25 metres away. On arrival you have to attend the Yarden which has a 24 hour reception and they check you in and provide keys and information for your stay (location of dining room, WiFi password etc). We stayed in room 13 which was spacious and spotlessly clean. Maids attended everyday and towels were changed. The room was warm, the shower was powerful and hot. The first bedroom had twin beds, a dressing table and a wall mounted TV. The adjoining second room had twin beds as well a table, 3 chairs, wardrobe, dressing table and a cabinet. The beds were really comfortable. This room also had a wall mounted TV. While the rooms are dated the bathroom is modern and clean. There are plenty of electric sockets as well as a thermostat to control the temperature in the rooms. There is no safe nor mini fridge in the room. Check in was easy and check out was easier. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis. The dining area is in the ground floor at Zuliani and is well signposted. The breakfast was well stocked and perfectly fine. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Hotel Review: 3/5 My stay at this hotel was underwhelming. At first glance, the cleanliness seemed acceptable, but on closer inspection, I noticed stains on the bedsheets, which was quite disappointing. The room itself felt more like a budget hostel than a proper hotel, lacking the comfort that I expected. The location was decent, which is the main reason I’m giving it 2 stars. However, there were several inconveniences that made the stay less enjoyable. The reception is located down the street from the actual building, which was confusing and inconvenient. Additionally, there’s no lift, and we had to carry our 20kg suitcases up six flights of stairs—definitely not ideal. The pictures are far from what the hotel really looks like so do not be as shocked as us upon arrival! Overall, while the location is fine, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort.

Hotel reception is 10 shops down the road, the staff are rude and arrogant. Me and my friend came here and had to check out early due to the experiences we had in this hotel. We stayed for 2 nights as opposed to 4 because we simply could not get any sleep. Every night we experienced terrifying situations at around 3-4am including loud banging on the door and the door lock not turning, continuous dragging across the floor and banging on the walls, we were at the end of the corridor and did not have room next to ours. Reception is not accessible as we tried to ring to report our worries and did not get an answer even though it claims to be 24/7. While we understand this is not entirely the hotels fault, we are 2 young girls and we were terrified to the point where we could not sleep and it ruined our holiday. The room was dated and there was mould on the ceiling, looked nothing like the pictures and it’s very basic. The location is quite good but the service is not worth it.

A great value city hotel with large comfy rooms & a wonderful breakfast. As it isn’t absolutely central it is extremely quiet so a good nights sleep is guaranteed. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the square & Krakow has many amazing eateries & bars along the way.

Absoulutely fantastic stay People on reception so helpful Food is amazing at breakfast and the choice is brilliant for the price. Ten minute walk to old town but trams and taxis are cheap…use bolt app n get 5 half price taxis which is helpful Room spotless and very warm Free wifi Tv and kettle in room Definately will be back to see what we didnt get time to see this time around. Beds are sooo comfy Best nights sleep ive had in a while Only downside is no lift and stairs are a killer but wont stop us returning will just ask for a lower floor. Nice little garden at back too
