Hotel M29

Super bra service och super fint rum. Bodde där 2 nätter. Blev sjuk den sista natten och personalen var väldigt hjälpsam och fixade så vi fick checka ut två timmar senare. Fick även lämna våra väskor på hotellet i 10 h i efter vi checkat ut. Rekommenderar verkligen. Ca 10 min till fots in till centrum!!

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at Hotel M29, and it certainly did not disappoint! What really stood out for us was how clean the hotel was and how friendly/helpful the staff were. Our bedding was changed, and rooms were cleaned daily with bottled water provided to replace what we had used. The staff member on reception was welcoming on our arrival, and the member of staff at breakfast was really helpful, offering us scrambled eggs each morning. There was plenty of choice at breakfast - pastries, fruit, yoghurt, nuts/seeds, Cereal, fruit juice, hot drinks, cheese, meats, sausages, bacon, fried eggs and much more. There was plenty of choice to cater to everyone. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. It took us around 20 minutes to walk to old town Krakow and in the opposite direction about 20 minutes to explore the area around Schindler's factory (we would definitely recommend visiting there by the way!). The facilities in the rooms were excellent. There was storage space for luggage and clothes, a safe, mini fridge with mini bar items (at an extra cost), kettle with tea and coffee, hair dryer, and an iron and ironing board. We contacted the hotel prior to our stay to ask if our 2 rooms could be next to each other if possible. We understood that this may not be possible, but the hotel managed to cater to this request for us which was very much appreciated. Our rooms were on the top floor which meant that had large sky light windows in the ceiling and only small square ones that looked out onto the streets. This wasn't an issue for us, but please bear this in mind if you would like a view of outside! Thank you to all of the staff at Hotel m29 for making our stay so comfortable. Our time in Hotel M29 was perfect. Reception Desk staff was super helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. Deluxe room was spacious, cozy and well-equipped. We had a good sleep, beds were comfortable. The best mulled wine in Kraków. It was perfect drink to warm up after visit at Kraków Christmas Market. Bar Staff was lovely and chatty. We will definitely come back!

Arrived late Friday evening and had a very early morning start for our tour of auschwitz the next morning so asked for an alarm call and possible take away breakfast for the trip, nothing was too much trouble we were offered a selection of breakfasts and it was ready for our trip…no extra costs and just amazing! The location was central, they breakfast was ideal for our 3 nights and had lots of choice for me and my husband. The cocktails in the terrace garden were wonderful and it was just so nice. Would definitely recommend and happily return. Please just made a couple of British TV channels.

What a fantastic hotel in Krakow. Room was fabulous and breakfast amazing. Definitely recommend to stay here, from reception to waitress, house keeping, all very helpful and friendly. By the way the chocolate you gave us on checking out was gorgeous. Also we could keep our luggage there until we were picked up. Couldn’t do enough for us, even telephoned the taxi we used coming from the airport to pick us up and take us back.

Beautiful hotel which was done up beautifully, very cool, trendy with friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Beautiful rooms with the comfiest pillows! Gorgeous bar with little garden outside. Would stay again in a minute! The room was big and the bathroom was fantastic and a good size too. Very close to everything and was just what we needed!

We stayed here for 4 nights with our two daughters at the end of March. We had 2 rooms, we were in 501 and our daughters were in 205. Room 205 was spacious with a balcony, plenty of storage, two chairs snd a small coffee table and a good size desk/dressing table area. Room 501 was lovely, high, slanted ceilings and windows with blinds (there is an implement to close the blinds in the wardrobe so no need to clamber on chairs). A comfy seating area in 501 included two chairs and a coffee table with sofa which added to our comfort. A mini bar and tea/coffee facilities also in the room. Good size double bed was very comfortable with two single size duvets which my partner really appreciated as I steal the duvet at home apparently. Plenty of storage as well. Room was very clean and a comfortable space to return to at the end of the day. Good choice for breakfast - warm oatmeal, cereals, pancakes, waffles, yogurts. Also cooked breakfast available which consisted of bacon, sausages, beans and scrambled eggs upon request. Location was perfect, just 20 minutes walk from the main square. Very good restaurant choice in the vicinity. Staff at the hotel were lovely, very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and our visit to Krakow. We visited Wawel Castle, the Easter market in the main square, Banksy museum was brilliant, Auschwitz-Birkenau tour which we pre-booked (a must-do), a walk around the Jewish quarter, visited the Schindler factory museum (again a must-do, we were there for two hours, very informative, need to pre-book). Our daughters insisted on a visit to the Bunny Cafe which they enjoyed. Also a katamarran cruise on the river for an hour which we pre-booked which was a nice way to end our visit to Krakow. The hotel staff arranged our airport transfer at a reasonable price. The transfer arrived on time. We really enjoyed our visit to Krakow and will be recommending Hotel M29 to our friends. We arrived for a four night stay and were delighted with the hotel. Clean, friendly, and in a fabulous location. Breakfast was amazing with a selection of delights ( you won't be disappointed!) The staff were helpful and friendly and answered our little queries without hesitation. Plenty of bars and restaurants around and only a 20 minute walk into the old town, if you don't fancy the walk the tram system number 3 and 24 do the job and you catch it at the end of the road( turn right.) Such an amazing place and the Hotel is spot on for a great city break. You won't be disappointed! We would certainly stay again.
