Μικρό δωμάτιο απλό σε καλη τοποθεσία 10 λεπτά από το κέντρο πάντα με ζεστό νερό και ζέστη γενικώς στο δωμάτιο. Σούπερ μάρκετ ακριβώς από κάτω και πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό

First off the location is perfect. It is very central and in a great part of the city. The accommodation is basic but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was clean and very pleasant. The cleaning staff were fantastic also. We will definitely be back!!

Jet2 need to sack the marketing manger responsible for being in partnership with Globus Aparthotel.The room(301) was like something out of a time warp,not maned,you had to walk to another hotel to get codes to get in your room,not good when you arrive late at night in the snow,,,,,,,,AVOID.

This is a terrible hotel. As soon as I opened the door to our room I was immediately disappointed, it was a small and empty box room with zero decoration. There were 2 beds, 1 single bed and 1 double bed however the double bed was a cheap frame with a thin mattress like it was part of a fold out sofa bed. The TV didn’t work at all and the rail that the shower head sat on was also broken which made showering a task. We stayed for 4 days and never once saw a single employee and no one behind the reception desk at any time, and had to check in at a partnering hotel around the corner. The only thing that stops this from being a 1 star hotel is its location, a 15 minute walk from the main square and a a 10 minute walk in the opposite direction for a good bar/pub scene, it also has a shop next door to it which is handy. I’ve stayed in much nicer 3 star hotels and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this to anyone

Staff at reception was polite and friendly. Hotel is clean and being here in december was nice to come back to a warm room, hotel is not to far of a walk to main square about 10 minutes there is a shop next door and a bar/restaurant near by and transport ie trams are just outside of the hotel

Great stay, - apartment just what you need for somewhere to sleep. Room had air con but wasn’t sure how to use it and a fan too the fan was brilliant as it was hot when we were in krakow. Hotel about 10 minute walk if that to the square. Shop next door to hotel. No fridge in room, new modern bathroom, very powerful shower. Tv had Netflix YouTube etc Our room had two single beds pushed together which were comfy, check out was 10am this could have been a bit later. We stayed in room 203 overlooking the back so not noisy.

We had to go to a different hotel to get codes to get into our hotel and room. The room itself was very nice although we asked for housekeeping 3 times and it wasn’t actually done til the 3rd request. There was a couple of defects which were done straight away . There was only one pillow each on the bed which was 2ft square, more like cushions than pillows. The hotel was in a perfect location with a convenience store right next door and a pub/restaraunt on the corner. An 8 minute walk to the main square with lots to do and lots of places to eat
