Apartamenty Bonerowska 5

Location in construction area. Not easy to find at night coz some roads were blocked. The hotel is noisy especially at the weekend. The futon bed in the hotel room is too high and full of dust. The single beds were rather small compared to other hotel rooms in old buildings. It seemed like a budget hotel with small beds and the staff even rejected to provide one extra towel for free. The description about the hotel was wrong coz there's no breakfast provided.

From Flixbus stop at Krakow MDA to Apar**ent Bonerowska 5 is 0.9 miles, from the apar**ent to Old City is 1 mile, so everything is within walking distance. We were there for four days in early December, snow everywhere and cold. The apar**ent is spacious and very clean, heating was perfect, but it is on the third floor and there is no elevator so we had to climb 72 steps every time we went out or came back. If you don't mind the stairs, this place is OK. Also, the apar**ent does not provide slippers/indoor shoes, so have your own slippers with you if you are not used to walk barefoot on the floor. The staff was superb, always willing to help. We were here to see Schindler's factory museum and Auschwitz. If you also want to visit these places, remember to book well in advance.

We have just returned home from our 4 night stay at Bonerowska 5 Apar**ents. This apar**ent complex is a 10 minute walk to the main square (Basilica / Chris**as Market). Although, we were close to a main street, we had no complaints of noise, it was very quiet and secure. We were in apar**ent 2 (ground floor) due to reduced mobility. This apar**ent had 5 steps up to apar**ent door and inside reception area there is a ramp / 3-5 steps. We enjoyed having our own private entrance. Returning keys out of office hours was easy too, simply drop them in a box. I requested pillows and toilet roll from reception and nothing was ever too much to ask. Two staff members who I met where both great. Thank you. The Chris**as Market was fantastic. Delicious street food (must try - Churros). The stalls had everything from Chris**as decorations to Russian Dolls, to Mulled Wine to Jewelry. Pros: Quiet location Comfortable beds (2 single beds, 1 single sofa bed) Helpful and kind staff Close to main market square Airport transfers arranged (payable locally) through hotel Tips: If you have any requests, the hotel will do their best to help. Book airport transfers through hotel - pay locally to driver Apar**ent 2 - lovely large apar**ent with 3 single beds, microwave, kettle, teabags, coffee sachets, fridge, free bottled water, wardrobe, safe The local shop - ZOBUKA - if you leave the apar**ent complex and turn left, go to the end of the road and turn left again, you will come across the first of many all around Krakow :-) Maddy!

Fantastic time, accommodation was excellent Staff very friendly and helpful, we arrived late and reception was closed, but we received a very detailed message with check in instructions and were in our rooms within 10mins.Reception staff (Joanna) could not have been more helpful throughout our stay, we would certainly reccomend these apparments

The apar**ent was clean, well appointed and in all respects better than we expected. The Wi-Fi was good, the place was quiet and very restful. It is very well situated being a short walk to the centre of the old town, and an even shorter one to the nearest tram stops. The staff were very friendly and helpful, without being at all intrusive. In fact every Polish person we interacted with was unfailingly polite and helpful, beautiful people to match a beautiful country. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anybody at all. The only caveat would be that we were on the top floor and, for an old, disabled man like myself, 8 flights of stairs were a trial sometimes! However, the apar**ent went an awful long way to compensate for that.

On the plus side the service was excellent in most parts, the location is fantastic and the size of the apar**ent is brilliant. Negatives are the flat is a little tired, the bathroom sink unit is flaking. The apar**ent is not serviced and there are no cleaning items so at the end of the week it was starting to need a good clean. No recycling options. Limited kitchen equipment. All small ******* compared with the pluses. We really enjoyed our stay.

Conveniently located close to Old City and Vavel Royal Castle. There was no problem with the street parking and there was a 24/7 secure parking nearby. The only issue was a lack of elevator, but the price definitely made up for it. I recommended this place to my family and friends.
