Another wonderful stay at Stradom House Hotel. The hotel staff are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. Hedwig’s is a unique bar serving amazing cocktails. Even if you’re not staying in the hotel it’s worth a visit just for the cocktails! The interior design is simply stunning. Great soundproofing in the rooms too. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Krakow now I’ve experienced this hotel.

Stayed here in August. The hotel and rooms are very clean. The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet. The shower pressure was good and plenty of hot water. It's walking distance to almost everything. Breakfast was included in our stay and they had made to order dishes. The variety was good. The patio was lovely in August. The weather was very warm which made sitting in the patio nice. The Ubers are Taxis as well and no problem getting Ubers. My husband hurt his ankle walking around at the wawel castle. We requested ice several times and it was brought to us right away. The front desk staff spoke english so no issues there. We would definitely recommend this place.

Amazing hotel and amazing staff. I stay in a lot of hotels and have Titanium Status. Everything was seameless and exceptional. A true gem. The gym/pool/sauna/steam etc were all excellent and not crowded. The breakfast was epic and extremely well presented , prepared and served with exceptional service. Decor was modern and homely with a touch of history. Beds were super comfy as well

Excellent hotel in an excellent location in the heart of Krakow. Great service, excellent breakfast. Rooms excellent, beautiful decor. Distance to sights excellent as situated right in the old town. Distance from airport convenient. Absolutely recommended!

A true 5 star. Amazing gym, sauna and pool, modern decor, friendly and helpful concierge and reception. Great location within walking distance from the bustling and interesting Jewish quarter as well as the old town. Coffee machine in room, great bathroom amenities. Fair price too. One tip: you can hear the tram on the first floor. Not noisy but yet in the background. So try a higher room.

What an amazing beautiful hotel! Close to everything and quiet inside. When we arrived we went to Gaia for lunch which was gorgeous, beautiful atmosphere and the service was attentive. We loved the food so much we went again on our last day. Our room was upgraded and I had no words when I opened the door, stunning in every way. Spotlessly clean and spacious. Breakfast was great, not a huge selection but more than enough to choose from. Every staff member was courteous and spoke English, spoke to us like normal people. We have been telling everyone about our time at the hotel and can’t wait to return. Thank you for making it so special.

We spent 2 nights and 3 days at the Stradom House Hotel. It was in a great location near to all the relevant tourists spots you will want to visit. We were blown away by the hotel. It was so beautiful. It was 5 star in every aspect. We had 3 rooms and were all equally as nice as the other. The rooms were so clean and the deco was beautiful. The bar and restaurant were fantastic with friendly and very helpful staff. My son has a nut and sesame allergy and they were brilliant in preparing his food in a plain and simple manner. On the last day we were able to store our luggage and spend the afternoon in the spa which was amazing. Thank you Stradom House for the most memorable stay.

This is a very central hotel with good sized bedrooms, very friendly and helpful staff (particularly Michael), excellent breakfast and very good location. The entrance is a bit uninspiring but the facilities and rooms are very good. Recommend MIchael for his knowledge.

This is a great hotel. It is perfectly located within easy walking distance of old town, really close to Royal Castle, and walking distance to Kazimierz. My understanding is the hotel is recently renovated within the last couple of years. It’s beautifully appointed. It has all new hotel amenities, but also is representative of old charm. We didn’t use the spa, but we ate at one of the restaurants Gaia which was great. Additionally, it has probably the best gym that I’ve ever been used in any hotel. The equipment is fantastic. It’s spacious and not cramped. My only complaints are trivial. They don’t have an ice machine, but I would go down to the bar and they would give me buckets of ice to make drinks in my room. Additionally, if you order a taxi from the hotel, it’s literally double the price. I would just simply use an Uber app and this is a lot cheaper.
