Centara Ao Nang Beach Resort & Spa Krabi

I recently stayed at this resort for my boyfriend birthday celebration and I was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The resort is nestled in a picturesque location.

We have wonderful memories  Easy to walk around  Staff are very friendly and helpful  Nice beach view  Nice food at hotel restaurant

Great location, facilities are ok, but service is hit and miss

This hotel is beautiful! The staff is super friendly and helpful! The hotel located right next to the beach, and my wife and I loved that! We went to Krabi to celebrate our honeymoon and to our surprise, they prepared for us a very nice honeymoon welcome in the room, and we both were very happy. The only drawback we found was that the rooms apparently have very thin walls or that they let sounds pass through the walls. We could clearly hear what the guests in the other room were talking about and they could actually hear us too, we felt like there wasn't much privacy.

Have been assigned Pool Access Corner Room, but it's a corner and not really a direct pool access. Have to share the access with other rooms (next to) and the guests seems not happy. I actually paid the same rate. Ask if I can change to another room but have to wait until the next day. There's another vacant room but maybe different type, the receptionist seems Ok but talk not in a nice way. She actually can arrange in another way but she did not. We have to wait till 5pm the next day. My kids are too disappointed. The next morning, system kicks me out at 10am even I haven't check out yet. Raining day is a hassle for us, and we have to face this frustration in this hotel 😕

I really like this property and staff was also friendly and cooperative they make my Anniversary day so special I don’t have words to express… Whenever I got a chance to visit krabi I will definitely stay at this property only
