I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The bathroom was conveniently located and well-maintained. The staff were very courteous and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. The food was delicious and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay

The rooms were not very clean. Despite being ac rooms, there was lot of mosquitoes. Also other small insects were also seen on beds. The cost of the room and quality of room doesn't match.

Room was clean and good. Good for those planning to go to munnar. Complimentary breakfast was not buffet and didn't meet expectations. Overall a decent experience

Nice location, near river, city centre. Many accessible shops, good breakfast, friendly staff & lot of space around the hotel

Stay was good. Near to town area. Room even had a river front balcony. We came in for a short stay so did not venture much at the facility.
