Garuda Park Resort

The stay was good. Sufficient toiletries was not available. The food quality is bad. Too much of salt and there was no food of our choice. Also, the property was on the hilltop and we were unable to find the property.

Hidden away from the bang and clang of Kotagiri, this small resort was a God-send. Lush green valleys sprawled out before you, & the mist just descending on the hills makes the room-view complete. The room we stayed in had a delightful blend of rustic charm and modern facilities. Very comfortable and lot of space to store stuff. The bathroom was well lit, well furnished and had good amenities. The hospitality here is what truly elevated our experience. The staff was the embodiment of warmth and attentiveness. From the friendly welcome by the reception to the room service, every interaction felt genuine and thoughtful. We were overwhelmed by all the hospitality when the owner himself made sure that we had a comfortable & memorable stay. Great stuff!

Nice location and ambiance. Tasty food served. Clean and neat room, spacious room with tea plantation view from bed. No kettle and dental kit. Towel provided was not good. Good privacy. Hot water available but no campfire, good for family and couples.
