The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool and gym on level 23 with the view of the Mt Kinabalu and sea. Air-conditioning works super well.

checked in to this in the room. bed undone and few boxes in the toilet. quite surprised that we got this room. how would they dont know that the room is not ready and yet still give the room.

Firstly was staying in mountains view but at last decided pay extra 80+ to upgrade to a sea view room. The room is big, but there is some bugs in the room. The tissues is not fully replace, used a few then finish. The water pressure from the celling head is too small! And lastly paid for upgrade to sea view room, it give me a corner room with half blocked by building and only can view the sea half. It is not worth it for me to upgrade to a sea view room.

The rooms are spacious and well thought after, location of the hotel is easily accessible to good food, shops and key attractions. Room service speed has to improve as we came back from our morning excursions, the room is not ready yet around 2pm

Despite the gloomy weather my friends and I had an enjoyable stay. Highlight is the 23F bar, good food and cocktails are super delicious. Highly recommend anything based with rice wine and plum. Love the staffs, very friendly and responsive. Even after last order they managed to make an exception and made my fav cocktail haus bah. The service will definitely be one of the reasons for my future comeback stay here.

Room was clean and view was good too, Hillview for the greenery. Good place to stay, might be slightly pricy but do try their breakfast, it’s good. Really great stay for me to get away from stress

2nd time to stay in Hyatt Centric Still like 2 years ago New and Comfortable

All right so 5 stars in general for the hotel BUT a big 1 star for the food (not including breakfast that was very good) lunch and diner is a big joke for such a hotel. We had lunch and I paid 100$ AUD total for beef striploin 300g (178MYR or so) and my girlfriend chicken noodle. I also ordered a lemon tart and I thought it was a joke at first. Look the photos for a better understanding

Great location! I booked the twin sea room but they upgraded us to a deluxe room king bed although I specifically say I want to keep my twin bed room… Extensive menu at their breakfast buffet too.

The food was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to different tastes. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and the ambiance was relaxing. There also gym & swimming pool located at level 23.

Enjoying himself so much inside the house. Easy to go around with shopping mall just opposite hotel. Celebrates birthday at the hotel cafe. Nice.

New hotel with great location right in the city centre. Lots of things to do nearby the hotel, mostly within 5min walking distance. Clean and big rooms. The amenities are great, roof top dining view is perfect! Staffs were very friendly and helpful.
