The location is a bit far from the city centre but easily accessible with car. The BEST part of this hotel is they have parking for the guests. The room is spacious and clean. The checkin process took around 15-20 minutes. But checkout is very fast. They have cafe, gym, swimming pool. They provide basic amenities. BUT the bathroom cleanliness need to be improve. The sink, toilet seat and the bathtub got mold on it. The ac is not cool enough and the ceiling fan is not working or maybe it just a decoration ? I tried to contact the front desk but no one answering. No slippers. The iron board needs to change.

Near to the city, sea and city views, free park, everyday clean and changing bed sheet set. Water heater on and off.

Arrived abt 11pm for checkin, the lobby is kinda dark, staff takes time to give us room to checkin so maybe ard 15 mins or so. Breakfast is decent. Ok la for short stay.

We stayed there for my youngest sister's convocation day. The distance from the airport is bearable and near to every attraction of Kota Kinabalu. It was a great experience staying there as the room is spacious and clean. There was an outdoor swimming pool at level 3. The lobby is spacious and is comfortable for the Grab car pick-up and drop-off service. The staff were so friendly and their customers' service were very good. I will definitely come here again.

Arrived @3pm and checked in was smooth. came for business purpose. First time stay in the hotel and all seem ok. The location was good. Near pasar kayangan the place that we wanf to go.

The hotel very near town area and in front is Imago shopping mall. Highly recommend.

good for everything to me.. bagi yang ada orang tua sakit dan mengguna wheelchair, mudah sangat tak perlu risau, kerana ada luluan yg mudah nak tolak wheelchair naik ke lobi. nak grab pun mudah dekat dengan hospital (cheapest grab)

Alright. I want to stay in the same hotel as my friends, so I chose here.

Receptionist is so friendly and the breakfast also good. So far okay but the toilet is look so old but it’s okay cause the hotel is since 1998

2 mlm stay d cni..okay la cuma mslh towel xda kena minta tu pun kta call brkali2 x d angkat..kena turun d bawah customer service la minta d sna..lain2 ok..

Nice location, nice room. Hair dryer room 616 not function. Anyway, nice trip to Kota Kinabalu.

Everything is okay except the hotel service not really good. They didn’t provide shampoo and shower gel in our room. Call the hotel service but didn’t pick up. Will be the last time staying here.

Sangat mengecewakan… NOT RECOMENDED!!! I should have extand to stay here but very disappointed 😭😭😭 1.Tandas bilik tersumbat, failed!!! Guest terpaksa buang air besar di lobi bawah. 2. Bilik tidak disediakan tuala mandi.. guest terpaksa turun d loby ambil tuala. Sudah minta hantar ke bilik pun tidak dihantar. 3. Remote tv tiada. 4. Jug air panas tiada. 5. Pintu tandas bilik jamed, susah untuk buka. 6. Panggilan telefon tidak dijawab. 7. Sinki dan tab mandi tidak bersih. Kenapa bilik yang tidak ok ini diberi pada guest. Sepatutnya bilik perlu dalam keadaan baik dan bersedia untuk guest.. Sila periksa dengan betul bilik hotel sebelum bagi kepada guest. Saya terkilan dengan layanan dikaunter reception kerana mengatakan kepada saya “lagipun kamu check out jugak hari ini kan” sepatutnya tidak berkata begitu sebab saya berhasrat untuk extended 3 hari..😭😭😭
