The hotel didn't have my booking from trip.com It takes more than 40 minutes to settle my registration and get room key.

We were very disappointed with our 2 day stay. Considering the hotel claims to be 4 star, it struggles to meet some basic standards of a 3 star hotel. After 1 night we considered leaving. The room and bathroom was in poor quality with marks and dust everywhere including corridors. The pillows were old and lumpy and the sheets had stains and holes. The water was barely warm. Then our Aircon stopped working and started smoking. When maintenance came they told us to change room, we waited with all our things downstairs for over an hour and had to keep asking reception for a new room or refund us for our last day. Our new room has similar problems but the Aircon worked. I will preface this that the staff were polite and helped us when we called. For example, we asked for the corridor music to be turned off after 10pm as it can be heard in the room and they also brought us a new hair dryer as the room one was broken. There were other problems but these were the main ones. I understand this is an older hotel but some of the issues could be solved quite easily by management.

1 Night stay only 10 pm to 4 am, need to catch early flight. Upon checking in, had room issues as the receptionist (local male) said full twin bed room since we arrived late. I insist i already mention it and requested a twin bed room only. It takes about 10-20 minute to wait as he give a room key of twin bed. Turn out it was not full actually🫣 idk. So problem SOLVED👌. Location was superb. By grab to night market Rm 9 and from night market back to hotel on foot 7k steps 😛.

Every time I checked in here, bathtub water stopper, tv remote control and foot mat are only available upon request. And before this, if the package I paid for included breakfast, the hotel would give us a buffet set. But for the this time the hotel only gave us ala carte menu which is only 2 choices for dinner set. Maybe the dishes should be mentioned as ala carte or buffet to avoid customer confusion.. overall is ok.

Location quite far from shopping mall. Need take grab car to other place.The aircon not cold but room is clean and spacious.Ok for short stay.

The location is a bit far from the city centre but easily accessible with car. The BEST part of this hotel is they have parking for the guests. The room is spacious and clean. The checkin process took around 15-20 minutes. But checkout is very fast. They have cafe, gym, swimming pool. They provide basic amenities. BUT the bathroom cleanliness need to be improve. The sink, toilet seat and the bathtub got mold on it. The ac is not cool enough and the ceiling fan is not working or maybe it just a decoration ? I tried to contact the front desk but no one answering. No slippers. The iron board needs to change.

Near to the city, sea and city views, free park, everyday clean and changing bed sheet set. Water heater on and off.

I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I booked a two-night stay from the 8th to the 10th of february, but I had to check out earlier on the 9th due to the unbearable heat in the room. The air conditioning was not working properly, making it extremely uncomfortable to stay in the room. What frustrates me the most is that the hotel did not inform me about this issue before check-in. If I had known in advance, I would have reconsidered my booking. Instead, I only found out after checking in, and no solution was offered by the hotel staff. I had to leave and sleep at home on the first night because it was too hot. I only returned to the hotel to shower and eat, but eventually, I decided to check out early because the issue remained unresolved. This experience was a waste of my time, money, and energy. The hotel should have at least informed guests beforehand if there were any issues with the facilities. Very disappointing service! I do not recommend this hotel unless they improve their communication and customer service.

Arrived abt 11pm for checkin, the lobby is kinda dark, staff takes time to give us room to checkin so maybe ard 15 mins or so. Breakfast is decent. Ok la for short stay.

We stayed there for my youngest sister's convocation day. The distance from the airport is bearable and near to every attraction of Kota Kinabalu. It was a great experience staying there as the room is spacious and clean. There was an outdoor swimming pool at level 3. The lobby is spacious and is comfortable for the Grab car pick-up and drop-off service. The staff were so friendly and their customers' service were very good. I will definitely come here again.
