The apartment is spacious and have a lot of beds to accommodate my 8 family members. But during our first night, we cant watch the tv due to the remote control did not function. And there are noises from upstairs. The way to the apartment is also a bit complicated and we need to pay RM15 per night for the parking

Located at loft A, closer access to imago shopping mall. Towel is provided. Aircond is warm and standard temperature. It is not so cold but no so warm. View is amazing, you will see the view main entrance imago. You need to make appointment first with the staff to check in and checkout. This is consider private apartment.

Lovely room with plenty of space amazing view and very well kept facility price is perfect for that get away you've been planing or business trip from work. washer/dryer available with room everything you need and in the middle of kk city, highly recommend

Map given lead a wrong place. But the seller very fast to reply. Cleanliness to improve especially the bathroom.

Already book but the parking pay card is not honored. Expecting but no used coz no reservation. No mode to take photo

Great location with beautiful surrounding atmosphere, Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel.  Everything about the hotel was exceptional.  Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. but little disapointed when there is no access parking card and u need to pay rm15 extra for it .

The place is clean. The room is spacious. However the warer from the shower is very slow

Extra satisfaction for the washer and dryer availability. Comfortable and satisfied with the surrounding and facilities. Will come again if drop to KK.
