Nice good for family

The apartment looks old & tired. 1) there's water leakage in the first bathroom, causing us unable to use it. 2)Water heater is not functioning well in both bathroom. 3)the Kitchen sink is clogged and water tap very small. 4)Dirty Kitchen utensils and Toaster (Better bring own paper cups & Plates) 5)NO toiletries provided, so visitors have to bring their own. 6)Dirty recycled Comforter, there's blood stains on it. *Staff are nice and helpfull but they only avail during working hours. *They refund deposit less than 24hrs. *The apartment need serious fixing & improvement.

The service very good. The facilities also outstanding. Can't rate about food because I'm not taking any food from the hotel. Overall its a good place for family. Only during check in & out need to take & put back the key access in the mail box not at counter because its private ownership. Pay deposit RM200 and check out on time 12.00 noon. if not it will charge you rm30/hour late. Also too many T&C you should follow. But its normal for homestay..no need to complaint.

Room spacious..very clean and comfortable..havent try the pool coz its raining during stay. Hopefully can stay again in future.

The room so nice and comfortable. Suitable for family like us (5person). The city view were so nice from the suite and and my kid so enjoy played at swiming pool. Very recommended place for the family who want to vacation at KK. 👍👍👍

Tempatnya sangat luas, ruang tamu pun besar, bilik tidur pun besar.. sangat berpuas hati menginap di situ. Sekeluarga pun suka menginap dekat situ..😘

Homestay ni cantik ditengok tapi Tidak recommended sepenuhnyalah,dinding bathroom bocor,air keluar Dari dinding,lantai bathroom sentiasa bertakung😵💫.Hal ini dapat membahayakan keselamatan customer iaitu tergelincir .Selain itu,kerusi sudh rosak,macam mau patah.Lantai tempat mesin basuh Kotor😣.Tempat penyangkut baju,skrunya sudah terlepas.Sofa tidak selesa untuk diduduk,koyak" . Lepas itu,kami sudah simpan towel yang cukup(5)di bilik sebelum meninggalkan bilik tetapi mereka bilang ada 4 saja towel yang dijumpa.Padahal kami memang sudah simpan towel yang cukup" sebelum check out😐ini comment daripada saya,tolong buat kerja yang jujur,jangan ambil kesempatan dari customer🥰Sorry lupa sy mau ambil gmbar😁Kalau parking pula,itu oke Dan Selamat👍

房間內有些潮濕陳舊 夜晚燈光有些昏暗。同時入住體驗不是很好，因為飛機晚點晚上七點多才到，到了以後被告知這個民宿衹承包了部分客房，所以酒店的前台不受理我們客房的入住。然後前台給了我們一個馬來西亞手機號打過去進行溝通，全程英語對話，要求加他們一個接待人員的微信。這才找到密碼箱。而且最後有一天家人忘帶了門卡，酒店竟然還罰款30馬幣，雖然攜程賠付了我同等現金，但是體驗真的特別不好。 所以英語不好，沒有當地手機號碼的謹慎入住吧！
