I'M NOT HAPPY WITH THIS HOTEL SERVICE! I'M GONNA RATE THIS HOTEL 2/10. VERY BAD. THE MATTRESS AND LINEN ITCHINESS AND THE TOWEL ALSO. WHAT THE HELL? Very BAD SERVICES... Check in around 2pm. After put my all things, going to work. After i came back from work around 9-10pm. So take the shower. My god! i so tired from work bro. The clogged sink, no warm water and the toilet flush didn't work. It's work after i finished it (i repaired) so i ask the reception to charge my room. Same bro still the sink leaking and also no warm water. So tired I'm fed up to changed again another room. Just finished my night and find another hotel tomorrow. Pictures. 1) Clogged sink 2) toilet flush after fixed 3) chair have some dangerous for children sharp from wood. 4) no hot/warm water 5) rejected linen ravine and itchiness 6) sink leaking 7) 8) dirty wall (hopefully the aircond have been maintainance)

Broken hot shower with dirty toilet. Yellowish blanket and towel😅 Dusty floor and smells musty room😅dalam iklan apps murah tak smpai rm100 skali nak bayar tiber lebih. So ingatkan mahal mcm tu atleast bersih. Mcm tak prnah kena bersih. First and last la dtg.
